Fraud company. They have faulty policies. They will not provide any offer letter but have to serve 30days notice period. Their probation period is for 1 year. Joining form has a clause that if you leave the organisation after training or maybe some other issues, you or your family member have to pay them back ₹5000. I dont know why they are claiming that amount. Better to leave their offer.

It is good . You can start your carrier from there. It is good place for start your carrier in bpo sector. There you can learn many thing.There has part time job,full time job.you can do job with education .

Unacceptable behaviour from the HR. I had an interview scheduled and due to some reason i could not make it. The HR called and continued forcing saying i have blocked the number. And kept the phone right on my face. If this is the attitude of the HR, i will never ever in my life will even dream to work here.

Please dont join in this company...hr ananya she is fraud she used to cheat every associate salary... without knowing the owner. So many peoples included in this team they used to promote as a TL in that company without qualification to continue cheating the associate salaries

I have been working here for 1.5 months. I joined here on 26th sept. 2020. So, it started form here, they said there will be a non paid traning of 8 days after joining, i agreed. My certification was done on 1st of october and after that i used to sit on the system. So, my salary period was started from that day onwards.After working for a month, i did not get my salary and the salary cycle is 15th of the month. When i talked to the HR of the branch, they asked me to continue in the company and i get my salary until next month. I was shocked, how is this possible? So i refused to work, till the salary will not come. And now they call me everyday to come to the office. They said that i will get my salary only when i come to the office.Now, how can i trust them again? Will they give me my salary after joining again? I cant do that again.Yes, i knw vishnu solutions is a very old company but the management is very bad here.The salary is so low and they does not pay on time as well.I would like to inform all the freshers who are going to start their career with this company, please dont. Your time will be spent and money will be waisted because no one cares here. All of them are cheaters.

Aditya Bajoria the Mad Dog .....Here are the synopsis of events that happened regarding my pre and post COVID-19 positive case:On 24th June I had a high fever for which I couldnt come to Office and on the Morning Itself I have Emailed HR, Mr. Aditya Bajoria and respective persons about the same.On 29th I went to Doctor as I still had a fever, and the doctor suggested COVID test. I did my test on the 30th and Informed office about my status.1st July the report came positive and I was admitted to Kothari Hospital, and on the same night I informed the Office.While I was in Hospital Several phones came from the West Bengal State Health Department as well as from the Central Government asking many questions about my whereabouts, family details and also my Professional details. As I regularly attended office from 25th May I told them that I also told them my office address after they asked, they also asked if there are any other cases of COVID positive in office and at that point what I knew I have told them.On 4th July I called Mr. Bajoria about some client communication but instead of listening to that or asking about my Health he kept on blaming me and challenging me why i said in office there are COVID positive cases and at that point he was humiliating so much and also I was not well so I lost my temper and reciprocated in the same way as him.On the 8th I was tested negative and on 9th I got discharged from the Hospital which was Informed Office.I was advised by the Doctor that from the day of positive to next 15 days I have to be in Isolation, so I mailed the respective stakeholders that I will join from 15th July with all necessary documents along with a Fit Certificate. But after informing HR called me and informed me that I cant join from 15th July as other people will not be comfortable and suggested to come to office after 30th July and also suggested that I resign if I am not feeling comfortable working in Vishnu. For which I mentioned its purely professional relation with Vishnu. Also I mailed all the necessary documents and on 15th when  I went to join back I was asked to go back from the security desk without any proper reason.
