I have been working here since March, 2017. Working environment is very much supportive & excellent. Good support from the management. Good place to work .Managerial support gives me more strength & opportunities to do enough and raise my standards of work every single day .

I wish I could give a ZERO star rating to them!! Probably the worst organization to work with in Kolkata. Theyre just a small time BPO with a worst management and no growth opportunity. After working my back off for over 2 and a half years they suddenly asked me to sign a contract for my performance which was nowhere mentioned in my joining or offer letter.They denied my on-site allowance which was over 100 thousand Indian rupees that I earned because of my hard work of 6 months in the UK and forced me resign just a week before my marriage.I begged them for the job and the money but they didnt give an ear to anything. When most of the employees left because of the mismanagement within the organisation some of the old employees like me stayed loyal to the company and at end we were completely deprived.If anyone wants to join the company they better be ready to get their salaries at a later date than promised with no or little year on year increment. There is no work culture within the absolutely incompetent management. All they know is hundred different ways to deduct salaries. A failure ownership and toxic environment within the office premise.I can say a thousand words about them but lets not write everything on social media otherwise theyll be completely unmasked. The BPO industry in Kolkata has been completely saturated because of companies like this and one should be very careful before joining a company. Try to AVOID this one at all cost!!

Working with MET has been a pleasure. Theyre a talented team of developers with a can-do attitude. Great working environment and atmosphere for the 2-months Ive been here.Ive previously worked with 3 other Indian firms, and MET is without doubt the best Ive worked with. This is a fraudulent company.The salaries of the laid off workers are not paid properly.Salary cut for PF but in reality it is not paid.Those who leave the company are not paid properly.No one will join this organization, it is a complete fraud organization

They kept my slary hold for the month of feb and they terminated me on 11 March in the salary date and told you would not be getting salary just because i gave a one star rating to the company. And Later on I mailed in the company for my salary because I am totally depend on that money and I was not paid.

The place have high speed lift and is a high rise office building. Some big companies are also there. Sometimes, Exam also takes place there. The place has 7 lifts inside. And has good security

The company one should never join..the working environment is worse. The managers and the team leaders dont show any respect for women/girls. Being a girl I had to answer why I was late from washroom for even 1 minute. Facilities like leave for a day or half is given on the basis of good relation with their team leaders or managers and not on some emergency situation. People who are sick, are forced to work even after they show medical reports. They are forced with the sentence If you dont give sale, you will be terminated irrespective of his/her dedication towards that organisation he/she gave when the person was quite well. Incentives given are low. Salary hike is low. Career growth is zero. For drop we had to wait for an hour after our shift to get the cab. Worst experience. !!!!

One of the most fraudulent company in Kolkata. Part ers up with companies like Zust Go and cheats employees with their Provident Fund money. A year has passed by since they didnt resolve my PF amount that they have deducted while processing salary. And they did even fail to provide the UAN or PF number against the amount deduction.

First i called their office and asked them their salary for freshers. I did not agree with them and thus the conversation was not extended. After an hour the hr called me back and said she had consulted with her manager and they would be able to provide me the salary i asked for. I came for the interview and passed 3 rounds after which they told me that they would not offer me the salary we talked over mobile instead they would offer what they first told would offer. I think they just called me in their office to make fun of. Beware of this company. An entire day wasted with these hypocrites.

Hi All,Please note that I am currently working as a Group Lead Ops(AM) in a leading BPO.However Paramita called me and without even checking my profile she offered me a CCE job role.I asked her whether she has checked my profile ,she said yes and wanted me to confirm whether I want to do the job or not.She also tried to force me asking yes or no and not to waste her time.First of all I am not at all bothered to speak to someone who tends to be HR with no call etiquettes.Secondly I am not interested to downgrade my position 3 times lower and working for an organisation which is not even nasscom registered.I have the call recording and would post this in public media.

I worked here for 2 month it was my bad experience in this company.There is Salary issues.So I recommend you all please do not go in this company for bpo job.

Scam process.Job seekers dont join here. I wonder that how such a big scam process is going on in open with a proper corporate office, that too housed in such a huge building of renown. Why doesnt government do anything about it? All they do is to lie to candidates about the nature of job being done there and dress themselves up as a technical support providing organisation while all that they do in reality is to drain money out of the bank cards of people who live overseas, by taking access of their computers.

I have been working at Best Company for more than two years..

Rating even a single star is not worth it. Cant help it. This is the worst company you will come across in Kolkata. I have worked for over 12 years in the BPO industry other than this company. I have never come across a company where the Quality Manager sleeps for 4 hrs during office hrs. This is also known to the management, however God knows why no action is taken against him. He is suppose to have some kind of acquaintance with the owner of the company. I have worked there for 11 months and in these 11 months i thought i was in a jail, serving my sentence. I had a feeling that this person was only there to warm his chair as practically he had no work in the organization. You will only hear about religion, politics, games, girls, making fun with his agents, nonsense talk, other than work related conversation. If you have a sleeping manager how do you expect anybody will respect you if you are reporting to him?Hard work and dedication is not accepted in the organization who has fake processes running in the company. UK and US customers are looted by this company by giving them fake services. Each month ESI is subtracted from the salary, however in these 11 months no documents were given to the employee about the ESI. The HR team, hats off to them. You will not find another HR team who is absolutely worthless and does nothing for the employees, you will not get any help from them. This company is waiting to cut your salary on a pretext of company policy even for small issues, which keeps on changing. I was also amazed during my short tenure in the organization where the manager asked its subordinates to give high rating to the company. This thought itself is fake in nature where the company asks its employees to give high rating. So if you see any rating which is high, it is probably fake, may be instructed by the company boss. And at the end I will tell you about the transport system which is the worst of its kind where a minimum of 1.5 hrs you will have to wait for the cab. I would suggest everybody to keep out of this company, it will ruin your career. I have talked enough and somewhat gave you an insight about this company, so now it is your decision to accept their offer letter.

(T.P.M Telephone Preference Management) its the name of the process this company is running, after working there for 1month I realize about it that these people were running a SCAM process. They are scaring UK citizens about call blocking service for international telemarketing calls, which they doing intentionally and without providing the service at all, they are charging 21POUNDS 99PENCES for such a HOAX. I should suggest you guyz never join over here, absolutely a SCAM process they are running. Someday going to shut down.

Went there for KVPY 2017. The desktops were a little bit small, but the environment was nice and soothing.

Great place at saltlake sector v godrej waterside building tower 2. They are a BPO job providing company. They are should be more friendly with the newcomers. Indeed HRs behaviour is more polite. But i did not join the company so i cant tell about that. Indeed it is a company which have to need more improvement.
