Today my friend Rim visited the place with har nokia 5.1 plus network issue 2nd time but not get better solution.

Guys this my humble request do this this service centre or dont buys nokia phones

Simply loved this place.. they solve the problem within an hour. I got my headphone replaced within an hour. Quick service. Professional behaviour. I highly recommend this place.

This place is garbage...i came to replace my nokia 5 broken display panel..but they replaced my display with a little broken glass and packed it...when i asked them to open the pack in front of me...they told me to unpack it next morning....so i did not check carefully trusting them. The next morning when i opened the package i saw the broken screen. Next day i went there...but they didnt listenI told them I want to check CCTV footage. But they Said CCTV wasnt working. I lost 3500 rupee for nothing.I want to FIR against them on IPC code 420 cheating with customers.

Awesome experience I never met a customer executive like him,I dont know his name but he looks fair his behavior is just too good.I have visited other store all they behaved not good compared to him.Very good atmosphere over here .

Poor experience. Instead of serving customers, few of the staffs are busy with their own stuffs. Customers are harassed due to lack of knowledge/ability.

This place is a cheater they broke my phone and played me. They almost destroyed my phone and the people there are just the best aholes.

They have no spare parts for replacement.and taking too much time..

Poor Service. Very lazy people. Bad support.I went for my New Nokia Phone Service and got a replacement of Motherboard and the next day it arose a new problem of display not showing. Phone just got hung up.The service provider are way too lazy in handling customers

Very worst service I have ever seen and very rude behaviour of this employees.I would request HMD global service please take action against pijush paul and some other employees too. we the customers are not happy at all.

Worst type of care is given here. They are very very fake and not cooperative at all. They dont know how to address their customers. I wont suggest anyone to come here for any kind of services.

They provide good mobile repair service but only Nokia phones. Since they belong to official Nokia company the parts are quite expensive and their service charge is always high.

Very bad people.. dont give value to customers time..they chat on phne gets busy on their phones and keep themselves busy for hours...they keep on chat among themselves...and doesnt work.there were only 2 counters open out of 4.and out of that two working counters only one counter do interaction with people and takes lot of time...

Its really a good place to come up with ur problems related to nokia phonesthe service is excellent and the authorities are friendly...........a hub of nokia phones and accesories....all u get in one place
