Costlier than most isps,customer care nonexistant,website is down,cannot pay online,will disconnect as soon as month is over but will reconnect one day after payment of fees that too upon calling tgem frequently,never use this isp

So far price is concerned, it is good, but so far service is concerned it is not so good. Customer service is also not good as their support on any problem on Sundays are off i.e if you face any problem on Saturday, you will have to wait till next Monday which is troublesome for working people who generally use internet at Night & Sundays. This is being sent from my workplace. However, it is seen that they are developing gradually.

This broadband service is the most horrible and unprofessional among all Bengal Isps. I have never came across such a service where after 3 days of complete shutdown, the vendor shows arrogance and botheration upon our utmost request. They are just so reluctant to attain to our grievances.

Last month April 2015 I took wireless connection form RS Brodband and they are providing wain technology. My experience with wain technology is so bad. This is the worst ISP, with most bad internet connection. Installation cost me 1854 Rs and one month 512 kbps Brodband plan 374 rs. Although my WiFi signal is good near about -50db but getting download speed 5 - 10 Kbps. Much worst than BSNL 56kbps dial up connection. Their customer service is bad. If it is Thursday they switch off their phone some days never pick the phone. My 2228 Rs just go up in smoke. I am really frustrated with their services. Last month one week their sever was down because of storm again last 3 - 4 days I am getting 4-5 Kbps. Average google ping time more than 200 ms. Its a pathatic internet connection. I never recommend any one RS Brodband some time it give you good speed but majority of time it will make you mad.

Very bad! if you are porn-addict, their media server may help you, but if you are a serious person and using internet for work - dont go for it.
