I usually get the servicing of my sonet done in Delhi Frontier Kia. Since I was on a road trip, I got the last service done here in kolkata. Though the staff behaviour was very courteous and helpful, service was not that good. Cleaning of the trunk was not done properly and some smell was coming. Mirrors had water marks. And most importantly someone tried to remove the RTO sticker from my car.

State of the art facilities. Very courteous staffs. SA Mr. Sanjeev Singh explained the service well and delivery was done under promised time. Approach road was a bit problem. Apart from this, very good facility provided by Celica KIA Kolkata.

First of all location is really pathetic. Road is very bad. Path holes & garbages there ahead of the plant. Youll see narrow & congested road. See the pictures. They should shift this service center to newtown. Overall service good. They may add extra to your service, so be careful on this. Staffs are co-operative & helpful.

Location is not great. Service centre area is good, all staffs are polite. Job done within promise time. Customer waiting lounge is also clean and good.

The place is quite deep in from the main road, the road just outside of the place is really bad and needs quite some attention. Moving on to the inside, people are either too busy or they pretend to be too busy to keep you waiting before they attend you, and its really a compact space to have both storage of new vehicles and having a workshop for servicing. The stars here is just for the cleanliness the place offers. Even the staff doesnt sound quite welcoming nor do they show any sort of hospitality. All in all a bad experience is what I had here nor do they stay up to the comitted timelines

Average service, not significant. More professional service personnel are needed. My observation is that no one is interested in how to satisfy customers with good quality service. I think they work more efficiently when alternatives are found.

Overall nice experience. Very much systematically. Staffs are very young and energetic. They explained very clearly about KIA all variants cars. I found two draw backs.Parking problem to visit the storeCars are expensive. I love to buy Sonet but HTX+ is about 10 lakh plus. Nissan Magnite is 7 lakhs. Still am waiting if Kia can understand the market and reduce the price then many customer will move to Kia from Tata and Nissa. Its just my point of view.

Services Are Good. All Staff are very attentive

I have visited the service centre during lockdown(16/05/2021) because my vehicle suddenly alarmed with OVER HEAT signal and the AC stopped working..I must say Manager Mr Bapi helped me out with his excellent team and assured me with a positive customer friendly attitude.I also like to mention a post-service feedback about the vehicle. My car is back to normal now. He also mentioned that, they will provide best service possible for any future issues related to my SONET.Thank you Mr. Bapi and his teams for the great help.

Its nice and service center is excellent. The staffs are very much cooperative and helpful. But the location of the service center is not good. There is only one narrow small road for both entry and exit of cars. Would be a 5 star if the location would be nice.

This is second time i have sent my car for service at Celica service and experience has been exemplary. Special mention to Bapi Mondal who supervision is so good that he makes sure car is delivered in best of condition. Any Kia users get your service done here, you will have best experience.

Vehicle Service was good, but customer service was very pure. I have spend 6:30 hrs. at service center, nobody ask for a glass of water or cup of tea.

The place to service your Kia vehicles - has excellent facilities & equipment with a well trained staff. The person in charge Mr Bapi Mondol is very friendly and knowledgeable and personally made sure our service was done well. One negative is the location and the terrible access roads to reach there.

The road which leads to the service center is a bit bumpy but the service is amazing. They guide you throughout the process and keep you informed about the status of your car service. Kia is set to rule Indian roads.

Staff is well behaved. The facility is clean and well organized. There are other workshops nearby like of hyundai and mahindra.Cons: The road infront of the workshop is full of large potholes filled with water in rainy season.

Went for the second service of my Seltos last week so sharing this review after two visits. A state of the art service station for KIA motors. The road leading to service station is pathetic but that apart once you are inside you are in a different world. They say it takes around 2.5 hours to service the car but be prepared for well over 3 hours.They have pick up and drop services for around Rs. 350-400/- including GST.

Road condition is very bad. Also service quality is so poor &cheap.
