Nice little counter for taking all kinds of pack and parcel. The lady at the counter is nice, soft spoken and eager to help you. Cordial and respectful to elders.

This DTDC office is worthless. The lady is like she knows all attitude. Yesterday I wanted to dispatch a parcel to Gangtok whose pincode is 737102 she told me that since her system is not recognizing the pincode so the pincode is not valid and I mast check that. Whereas my office in Gangtok is having national tieup with Dtdc. What a funny thing. On another occasssion she wanted to see what I was sending.Later I send all through delhivery. This outlet is bogus and not helpful. Avoid this DTDC outlet and that lady.

Service is not good. They will ask you to open the package and show them, you need to repack again in cloth bag. Lousy people.
