Service pathetic and behaviour is also rude. Only behaves when they have to fulfill their targets. To open a saving or to initiate a fixed deposit etc.

I have been a customer of this branch since a long time and everytime we go, we return back unsatisfied. The services are always delayed and the employees are very laid back. Since 1 month I am trying to switch my account from minor to major but they keep on pushing the dates further. Most of the times, the pass book updating machine does not work and they dont even provide for the information we require. They just provide us with 3 - 6 months of update only. So in case we need more details, we just cant get. And if we raise our concern they either ask us to switch the branch or bank or simply stop receiving the calls. The entire bank has just one person who does e-kyc and if he is not there nobody else bothers to do it. The mail Id you have provided does not work!

HDFC BANK IS WONDERFUL WITH QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND HYGIENIC AND CLIENT FRIENDLY AMBIENCE. IT IS JUST 5 MINUTES WALKING 🚶 DISTANCE FROM OUR FLAT.

The lady named shikha is not punctual at all. She doed not picks up the calls to give information to the clients. The worst customer service is given in this branch. The people are lazy and pathetic. God knows what kind of managers are there here?

The employees at the deposit desk is slow as anything. .... During covid tym where they shud implement the most efficient employee for fast movement of footstep. ... The only lady sitting at one of the 3 deposit desk was slowwww n her average timing was 5 mins per person

Never ever go to this branch ! The staff are incompetent and rude. The teller, the man, don’t know his name is an absolute nut job. Disgusted with their behaviour. HDFC being such a good bank shouldn’t employ such losers. There wasn’t a zero star, thus the 1 star.

I have opened a savings bank account on 25/06/2020 in this branch but it has been more than 20 days now, I have not yet received my Welcome kit, Passbook, Debit card & FD certificate till now. Very bad service, please dont open any account in this branch. Their service is just pathetic.

Do not go to this branch because the branch stuffs dont have any idea how to treat with their customers!They judge their customers by their face and clothes. Even There have Mr. Ojha, very rude and rough. Maybe he think that he is the founder of HDFC Bank.Really Very WORST Service.HDFC Please Cheak it Out!
