Very poor service.My assistant is sitting in the branch for more than 4 hours for just a simple verification , which takes very little time.Absolutely sorry state of affairs.

Today Im visit the bank in morning time ..but the staff are busy to attend their personal meeting ...I really dont know what is the most important things of them customers or their meetings??? They are busy to attend their internal meeting..

Its private sector bank but They provide facility like govt. Undertaking banks. If you need passbook then they will tell you that sir, at this moment we dont have any passbook in our stock , please come again after 1 week So, now if you had go after 1 week the executive will tell you that still we dont have any passbook come again after few days later .

Awsum service with awsum behaviour...

Branch customer operation is till 4:30 PM. ICICI bank ( may be other back) operation is not matching with google giving time
