I bought most of the electronics device in my house from Khosla Electronic Batanagar. Because there is a reasonably priced price of all products. Recently I bought an Apple iPhone 12 and a LG Tone Free Earbuds. The behavior of all the salesmen there is very good, especially the behavior of Mr. Sovon. Sovon always suggests me to buy good products at very reasonable prices. I was very satisfied after buying the products from there and their services.I would advise my acquaintances to buy products from there.☺️☺️

Bought a refrigerator from the Batanagar outlet of Khosla Electronics. Very well stocked shop making it easy to make a decision. What excelled was their customer service in general and in particular Mr. Indrajit who provided what we wanted rather than a forced marketing. The place contains variety of electronic products. However the price seems to be higher and you can reduce the price by bargaining it. Prices got reduced sometimes by up to RS.500 to RS.2000 on bargaining. You can visit the place and shop, I will suggest to avoid mobile store section of this specifically.

Ample stock of LED, Refrigerator, Washing machine.Went there to buy AC. Stock was moderate.We got quite large discount as we bought two AC together.Overall it was a good experience. Could have been better.

Showroom atmosphere & employees are friendly and informative in nature. Cost is ok comparative to other stores. Sometimes it is better than online too. but I had a complaint about after purchase communication.I purchased an AC on thursday. AC is delivered on Friday morning bt no person has come for installation yet. I had purchased two AC earlier in that case in the same evening of delivery my AC got installed. But in this case it is almost 60hrs gone no person has made contact,not only that ur Batanagar showroom has no contact no.

Very good store , but the area is very dusty and dirty , there is no space for amy parking in front of showroom .. And in the entrance there is a kind of little bridge , made of bamboo to cover the drain , it is also not so good ...I think fitter mechanics of ac should stay more clean ..

The billing system is very poor. Customer can be cheated. Be careful and tally between emi and bill.

Is there any way to give them 0 star? I m really frustrated with there service. I have waited long queue for more than 1 and half hour. After that they said closed for the day.Whatever information they are giving is totally wrong about the products.Really really frustrated with their service.

The staffs behaviour was quite unprofessional. The cash counter is understaffed. Sales persons chewing gutkha inside the store & arguing among themselves about who will show a customer around. Its not a place Id want to buy anything from.
