I have bought a refrigerator from them and it was delivered to me a defective piece though i have tried to contact samsung a lot but they do not help me with the replacement even the store always say to go for repair as samsung doesnt have replacement policy ..... hence it means they will deliver every one with a defective piece and they will say samsun doesnt opt replacement policy .i have attached the issue for the proof and its a daily situation to clean a ton of ice and water from it the door panel is tilted just pathetic.

I was a regular customer of this shop. I bought 3 ACs , 2 Washing machines, 2 Microwave ovens and 1 refrigerator from this shop in past. But there has been hell and heaven difference in their behaviour at present. The lady serving in the 1st floor doesnt know how to talk to customers, too much rude attitude. I am no longer going to buy anything from this shop. That lady must learn some manners.

Over 15 days my old AC unit is lying at home which they promised to take back. I have been repeatedly calling them but Mr Mrinal is not picking up the call and the female receptionist behaviour is rude, unapologetic 3rd class..no sense of gratitude and ill mannered. This ac is blocking the way at my house and no one is willing to take the AC.

Extremely poor delivery service. Had to make a lot of calls to get the product delivered. They didnt even deliver the free gift which they assured and the bill. Both had to be collected from the store. And now when I went there to collect the gift they said they dont have it. This is the third time they sent me back. They dont even receive calls. Great Eastern Retail Kamarhati store just located to opposite of Prabartak jute mill more on BT Road. I have visited few times here for some electronics items such as TV, Geyser and Micro Oven but I was not satisfied with price. You can get Bajaj finance serve here.

Owners and management are very rude , arrogant and uncivilized. It seems they have already earned enough easy money and so dont bother to listen anything from customer. You are purchasing something against your hard earned money but they would treat you as they donating something free to a beggar. I have bought 3 nos AC from them, 2 nos SHARP and one PANASONIC, this is my real experience. I wont go yet ever If they sell anything for free any-day.

A known place to everyone for household appliances. This has been the place to go for us in many occasions for a variety of purchases. However, I feel its high time they develop an online platform of their own for purchasing products from home. That way we can see the products and compare them. Also there will be transparency of prices.

The worst delivery service a showroom could offer. While purchasing a product, they provide you with a delivery date like 1-2 days after the purchasing date but they never stick to that.They even do not show any response from their side by at least letting the customer know the actual delivery date or anything whatsoever. Very irresponsible.Its been 11days since Ive purchased an AC. Havent received it yet.

Collection is good, customer dealings are good. But for EMI, financing process takes a lot of time and they have to seating arrangement for the customers, which is I think a mandatory for a long 1.5 hr

After sales they forget customers.Its my humble request to all buyer, do not purchase any items from great Eastern, Kamar Hati unit.

This outlet of great eastern appliance just near the kamarhati more specially known as jute mil road.u can easily recognise it as it has 2 bike showrooms just beside it..and one of then is ROYAL ENFIELD ..The store has varieties of washing machines and televisions of different varities but in offseason they dont keep the products.like we went to buy a gyser,they have all the products from different high brands but no ac or no fan (who need a fan or a/c in winter).Quiet a good place.they have emi facilites and home delivery too

Got one free iron after visting Kamarhati store for several times. That was complementary with A/C that I buyed 4 months back. But that is too got damaged after using it for only 1 month. So cheap quality...

I hv the record for same.. moreover the female who is picking the call is talking very rudely and telling lies. When service centre personal came I came to know about the defect. Moreover the installation of AC was not properly done . I have purchased a front loading washing machine from Great Eastern Appliance, Kamahati on 31st January 2016. The bill number is KH/SA/1516/10117. They were supposed to give an induction cooker free. The bill number is KH/SA/1516/10118.Till date I have not received the product yet, even after one month is past. Every time I call them, they say It is out of stock. We will send you in 2-3 days!I have decided to move to consumer forum if it is not resolved by 28th February.I hope authority will listen to me.

When you go to buy stuffs, they treat u like a king. After you buy... they dont know you.Kasba BranchPurchased a 32inch samsung led tv. They said that Rs 1200 exchange for old Tv will be offered. They did not take the old tv as it was too old. Promised us that they will send another vendor who will take the old tv, and told us to pay the 1200 back to the Delivery boy.We did. No Vender came, we purchased it on 19th May, still no response. The attendant is busy in hospital. Shops tells us to call the attendant.Go to the shop, see and take demo... come back home. Order online...ORPrefer Khosla Electronics.If we , several customers get together and file a case in the consumer court we can kick their sasses. Make them pay us a huge compensation!

I have purchased a Whirlpool 230 lit Ice Magic Fresh PRM 5 S /215 LTR REF-WINE Fiesta refrigerator (Invoice no. KH/SA/ 1516/ 09232) from Great Eastern Appliances, Kamarhat branch on 09.01.2016. The product was delivered was delivered WITHOUT THE FRUIT CRISPER. Since then I am reporting and Complaining to the Great Eastern Appliances, Kamarhat branch and their sells representative Soumir and Soma Das Biswas (who have shown me the sample refrigerator having same model which contained the Fruit Crisper) several times. But as of now they have not paid any attention and have NOT Resolved the issue. Moreover they have NOT given me the due gift item (Cover) yet. I am completely dissatisfied with their service and strongly SUGGEST NOT TO BYE FROM this store.
