Very good place for buying cakes,snacks birthday cakes.Each and every item is delicious and pocket friendly. Staffs are also very good.They have weekend special menus also.

Behavior is utterly rude at customers.Today at around 10am I stepped into Mio Amore cake shop khardah to buy a cake. At that time an old lady at around 65 years of age was buying a black Forest cake for someone named Abhilash. She ordered for the cake a day before. She told the seller named SUBHO to pack it as such it may be taken to a fairly distance place. Subho answered very rudely- I cant tie it with thick rope for you. If you can carry it properly, it will remain ok. He uttered the words exceptionally rude. I was there and protested him. The lady was very much upset as she was not ready for such an answer.If there would have any good cake store at khardah, I promise I would never ever enter into this shop.Worst behavior. The salesman SUBHO has not minimum respect for the customer. It is also a curse on Mio Amore. They should look into the matter seriously.

Foods r no doubt hygienic,the option of finishing the dishes is also there as well as to carry for home

Everything is good except the behavior of the staffs in recent times.. especially the guy in the cash counter. His behavior is exceptionally rude. Oneday, I packed some cakes and pastries, he forgot to add spoons in there. After noticing that, I again went there, surprisingly he showed no sign of contrition not even a single sorry. In addition to that, he only gave me a single spoon, where as there were food for atleast 3. When I asked, he refused. The reputation of this good food shop is being hampered by these type of people. I repeat, I have no objection about the food. Thank you.

Staffs are ill mannered. They should learn how to behave politely with customers. The short guy with spects is working there for long times, maybe it made him overconfident to become rude. Maintaining of hygiene is just showing. Today is my last day of visiting this branch.

I have visited Mio amore branch at khardah.For a strawberry cake the price was 23rs.But I dont have 3 rupee change.I gave them 100 rs.And they immediately refuse me to give the product and their behaviour was very painfull.Most low standered behaviour I have ever seen.

Had gone in the evening today to know what size is available for black forest birthday cake, its price, the interval or time window for placing an order and whether the price is inclusive of taxes or not ... Guess, it was to much for the person (short figure, bit bulky and wearing glasses) at the counter who takes orders and looks after billing ... Though he shared all the details but on my way out he uttered - suor er bachha meaning son of a pig ... Well, its an indication of the level of education and the professionalism of this particular branch ...

These are limited only till Dashami, so try it as soon as possible.The items introduced are :• Chicken Dual Kebab Sub• Chicken Drumstick Puff• Chicken Seekh Kebab• Choco Nut PastryI loved each and every newly introduced item, but my favorite was the chicken Seekh kebab, which was topped with a thick layer of cheese and chilli flakes on top. The Chicken Dual Kebab was filled with two different flavours of chicken in it. The Chicken Drumstick Puff was basically a puff in the shape of a chicken drumstick, filled with loads of chicken.

Quality is good and enough options are available.Update: Staff behaviour really seems to be an issue here. I know its not fair to judge somebody too soon but the way they speak and deal with their customers is not appropriate. Often a smile or a few kind words do the magic but these guys lack it badly at this point.

This is an excellent Cake Shop where various items of cakes and snacks are available at a moderate rate. The position of this shop is convenient to assess. The shop is very clean and the customer dealings are friendly.

Behavior of the working stuffs particularly the short guy in the cash counter is extremely rude, uninviting and unprofessional.
