This outlet is situated in the 3rd floor of hometown mall. The collection of the furniture is nice and of good quality.. also the price is sky-high. recommended if you are planning to opt for a good brand without considering your budget.

The sales people along with their leader Mr. Singh are clueless regarding what they sell & what they dont. I made 3 visits to their shop only to be finally told that they dont sell Godrej Eagle Pro security solutions. This kind of unprofessional attitude & customer harassment is highly unexpected from such a popular brand.

GOOD AMBIENCE

One star is too much for them. This is franchise of Godrej owned by Natawar Impex Private Limited. The entire company is run by inefficient people with NO SERVICE and seems for some reson Godrej never responds to any complaint against them. Seems local Godrej sales and service team is well maintained by Mr. Pyeeush Garodia (the owner of Natwar Impex).

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t give a single star as well to them. They took Rs 500 to visit the site and tell me to come to the showroom to see quotation, when I go there they made me sit for 1hr 30minutes with no price quotation, no documents ready in hand and searching for them infront of me. At the end they tell will mail me the detail quotation. It’s been 3days today and not a single clue forget about they sending me a mail.
