Apart from the escalators that dont work most of the time. The products are good but dont expect staff help much coz they have a shortage. Right now due to COVID there might be old stocks but the prices are reasonable. Not bad but the most important thing is if you come in a 4 wheeler you might face parking issue plus even if you get parking at the basement then you need to be a very skilled driver else there no end for horrors taking your car in and out. BEWARE OF THE BASEMENT PARKING. The space is very cramped to get and out.

Its a good place to shop for very niche people but good selection. The range is quite limited. Better visit the fbb in lake mall,its bigger and more selections for most of the population.

Big Bazaar has a wide variety of products available with the great discount offers. I bought a bottle of Hair conditioner from Big Bazaar. Quality and Quantity of the product was worth the money. The product payment options are wide and easy. Also, the product cancellation doesnt take much time and refund is also processed very fast. Products available at Big Bazaar are genuine. Also, the product delivery is also fast. The only drawback is that in payment mode Paytm option was not available when I was making the payment for my product.Good Service 💙

First Time when I visited this shop I was awestruck looking at their clothes collections. Varieties were there. Quality is really good along with reasonable price. Do visit fbb shop near Camac Street. You will definitely love their collection. Moreover its a very nice place for shopping.

Too dull place.. lights are not working properly.. no escalator working.. specially staffs are not well mannered and not atal trained how to talk with their customers.. specially billing counter staffs are not atall friendly.. they just find way to delay work..

The Rawdon street outlet at kolkata has left me very dissappointed. Its a double story store apparently largest outlet in india.But there are no lifts inside the store, the escalator is not working since the store has opened after lockdown.The air conditioning doesnt work. The lights are completely shut off during the day.The manager is perpetually at the backend office to take down any complaint.

Once more I was reminded why I usually avoid this shop. Saturday around 3 in the afternoon the three story departmental store had one payment counter working. The person handling the billing was alone responsible for packing, folding, calculating coupons and whatever was required. It took me 20 minutes to buy a belt. The store was quite empty for a weekend.

Staff not interested in selling

I gave four start as the elevators was not working and also the lift was not functional , to reach 1st floor you have to climb the non-functional elevator which is not very comfortable plus the winter stock for the ladies is very minimal and prices was also very high and variety is also less , but the gents section has a lot of varitey and stock.

Big bazar is over hyped, they have pretty much something of everything but at a pretty unreasonable price.You can buy clothings at much cheaper price from other malls which BB sells for much higher price.Although its pretty shiny and flashy but perhaps thats why the price tags are that big.I was hoping to find some trendy cloths or atleast a few nice exclusive items or brands considering the high price range but i was indeed extremely disappointed.The only thing i liked there is their grocery corner. It had a few different kinds of ice creams over there.If youre in Kolkata, and ur intending to shop around.. then your best bet is new market and Boro bajar. Forget macro or big bazar.
