It was the perfect room for me. Very cozy very comfortable. The staffs are very good and well behaved. The complementary breakfast was good too. Bathrooms are way better than how they should be in that price. The lightings and the decor does give you a luxurious feel.

Firstly,It is listed as couple friendly with acceptance of both local n outstation IDs. But hotel staff does not allow any local IDs. Secondly, theres a free WiFi service mentioned on every travel platform, but there is no wifi. Thirdly, they dont serve you water in room. Lastly, there TV is also not working. After requesting for 5 times to look after the Tv, wifi and water service, they are just ignoring the request. It feels like guests are not important to them. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Its very difficult to locate the hotel as Google map is showing wrong place. The rooms are awesome. The staffs are very helpful. They dont have their own kitchen. Wifi is having a good speed.TV has no connection.

One star only for the staff courtesy, cooperation and cozy bed. Otherwise I will never recommend this place for many reasons.1. The room had damp smell and there were algae on wall & ceiling.2. Rooms are poorly lit.3. Breakfast spread has limited options and it looks unhygienic since there were flies hovering over it and food wasnt covered.4. No data cable in TV. It was useless.I wish they work on it. I did not enjoy my stay here

First of all the hotel was good in this price and the breakfast was awesome... coming to the negative feedback...the management refused to give me preferred room..lift was not in order...room ac temperature control was not functioning...not was not cleaned properly... lastly ordered food from the Oyo app but the management told Oyo doesnt have the correct price, so the gave me the same food with higher price..

Its a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to search. Location is great. Mainly the staff, is very wonderful. They are helpful and serving. The room are just the right size with great bathrooms. Great experience.

No star worst hotel i have ever seen. There was a live mushroom in the bathroom disgusting hotel. Food bad feel like pucking while eating in the room.Better to stay away. Very unhealthy and unhygienic not SAFE for single women.

The rooms in the hotel are available at very reasonable prices. The hotel being new would not really stand to the premium quality standard of OYO. However, the receptionist and the boys were very decent and helpful. The location of the hotel offers convenience to tour different visiting places in the city.

Very good hospitality and serving . Food is also good, Room looks like small but clean. Ambience is good, city centre hotel to roam kolkatta city.

One of the worst places to be, prices are economical for the locality but the state of the hotel is bad. Needs to improve significantly.The lift doesnt work, there is seepage in rooms the cleaning isnt proper. The breakfast spread is the worst you can expect .All in all it is was a horrendous experience

Only hotel manager mohd.sufiyan is the person who takes care of us.Food was very spicy and horreblh.Room service and morning breakfast is very slow.

Food prices are too much Higher with very decent quality and you dont have any other options coz they dont allow outside foods. I wont recommend this place with price more than ₹1500.

Pathetic place for a stay. Made us wait an hour for check-in even though I had pre paid. The rooms had fungus all over. They werent giving sealed water bottle instead filling water in a used bottle. The bathroom was disgusting.

One should never book this hotel. Hotel staffs are thieves. I forgot my watch there in the room. Staffs didn’t return it even after asking multiple times. Worst experience ever with oyo.

Rooms are good. Washrooms are clean too but there Service is bad and when i visit there on 27 june 2019 the was also not working.
