For the second time goibibo location in g-map for the hotel was wrong. have difficulty in reaching. no complain with hotel but the booked address was filled up. they arrange another property and provided the transport so not an issue. best thing in room was ac, make the room chilled with in seconds. other thing was spacious ward robe you can keep much of your amenities. about room, there is a homely feeling, even little baby enjoyed.very nice accommodation in my budget.

Everything was good. but the room smelling like so many day it was colsed..After that it is open for the rent. And the bed sheets also not freshed one. They used soiled for a new booked room.

Room with attached Bathroom was Spacious, Neat and Clean. Foods were very Delicious. Staffs were very Friendly and Helpful. Well connected with Rly. Station and Airport. Overall a very homely experience.

The hotel has a decent room with good staff. it is located in the ae block of the salt lake which is a pretty quite neighbourhood and easy to commute from. the staff was nice enough to serve us a meal of the fish rice they probably cooked for themselves which tasted really good. it is a huge home turned into a hotel ao basically dont expect a typical hotel sorta ambience rather it has a homely feel to it.

First of all a big Thanks for the warm welcome by Jeet at the hotel. His gestures made us feel like home after a tiring journey, while he kept the back-end activities running smoothly.Room was handed over to us almost instantly with the other staff behaving very nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. So people coming to stay with families (or who want a peaceful environment) can definitely choose a stay here.Food and other services were just a whistle away and a big thanks goes to Pradip, Ashok and Jayanta who made sure that the comfort isnt disfigured.Just one suggestion to the Hotel Management, the outside board that reads Coral Residency in blue, needs to be enlarged. Thats the only big pain I had the first time I landed up searching for this place. Rest all was awesome!

Breakfast was very good which was complimentary for my booking. Apart from that I was happy that they allowed me to check in before 9 am and did not charge extra. Rooms can better. But as I was travelling alone, no worries.

The front desk ledy and the persons with whom i talk over phone were quite supportive. they managed dinner for me while late check-in. still there are lot of scope for improvement. about service quality - breakfast and dinner.communicated the same to front desk officer while check out.also room no 32 in which i stayed needs proper maintenance.

This guest house has many branches throughout Salt Lake and this branch is at a very good location. The guest house staff are very hospitable and the food is also good. The facilities are also good if you get the room at a good deal. Try to book the rooms online as there are some good deals that you can get there. The only thing that disappointed me was the hygiene. The bathrooms were not upto the mark and the bed linens were not clean as well. I had to ask the hotel staff to get in fixed after which they changed the linen and cleaned the bathroom. Overall, a good place to stay.

Coral residency is guest House cum hotel. It is located at BE block sector 1. The environment of this hotel is very good. The hotel service is also good and adequate. This hotel can be booked through OYO.

Apart from the difficult to find the location the hotel is good and descent. Peaceful and away from traffic noise. Good obedient staff. Good home food but you need to order in advance or else order from outside restaurant.

Tge location is in the city center.We went here after booking via oyo application. We booked a room for 3 people . The room was pretty good, with air conditioner and television. There is good cleanliness . The attached bathroom flooring is almost the same level as room and therefore water leaked into room while bathing. The television in the room was not working properly.

The room is quite big and the bathroom is more or less clean. The room service is also nice, however, tge food options that they offer is quite limited. And the location is okay,.

Its a nice and cozy place. The rooms are cheap and nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you are looking for a place to spend time with loved one, you can check this place out. The staff there are nice as well. I booked it from Oyo rooms. So I cant tell they accept on the spot booking, but I think its likely that they will. The position of the place is good too, takes only one auto rickshaw ride from Ultadanga.

I am sharing my reviews regarding this hotel on behalf of one of my friend who recently went there. She did online booking and did her payment too for two ac executive rooms which should have to be considered a nice one to stay. But after reaching there the scenario was different,she n her parents were given rooms in the ground floor and those rooms were not well designed and maintained so as to b considered as executive rooms. N most importantly the toilet is designed in such an unjustified position that the space between living room and toilet is seen from outside n v can see people moving down. This is so ridiculous. N a big issue of privacy too.So people should think twice before visiting this hotel and should carefully check before going for online booking so that they are not at all harassed mentally after reaching there..

Very good for family.its like a second home specially when there r kids with you .Kitchen is nearby so you can boil milk or prepare anything for kids yourself.very peaceful environment.the only problem we generally face while searching for the hotel as it is hard to find the location even for the auto wala.overall its a good budget hotel for family.staff members are also very friendly.

Neither too bad nor too good. Staffs were well behaved and room was quite decent. Things that I didnt like were TV and cooling system.

Good Staff. The place all together is a bit old and thus overpriced.Make sure you confirm the price beforehand.We were told Rs.1600 per day on checkin and during check out they told it was a mistake(from their side) and we were asked to pay 1700 per day

Pathetic customer service. The manager Jeet Adhikari is an extremely arrogant and unethical person. He told lies on my face and accused me of breaking his window/AC etc. Even his staff acknowledged that he is full of lies. The place is a filthy place. Please see the real pictures. Dont get swayed by the picture posted on websites. I had to give 1 star because I had no other choice. Else this place should be blacklisted.

This is not a hotel in any means. It will never be wise for a girl to come alone. It is too far from main road, no sign board nothing. It will be huge harrasment to come here. Very bad experience. Everything is dirty. Never book by giving money it will be a huge fault. Food they bring from outside dhaba. Ground floor rooms are like extended verandah with walls. Its so old no ventilation. I will not recommend for anybody atleast from out of state to come n stay here. Never.
