Worst service. Overpriced walk in. The AC does not work at all. Way poorer rooms at this price.

Location is good. Rooms are good n clean. Staffs are prompt n courteous.

The room did not have any bottled drinking water. I asked the reception to send two bottles. During checkout they said we have a pending payment for the bottles of water. I was shocked I have stayed here before and this had never happened . I said I only drank one the person at the reception replied in a cheap way I can go and get the other bottle from the room but I must pay for it. Don’t stay here. They don’t know how to talk to a customer.

Been here twice and its the best oyo I have ever been peaceful quite and calm. Looking forward for more visits. Good for couples atleast they dont judge and be nice.

One of the worst place to stay, everything of ur room is centralised , nothing would be in ur control inside the room , Like AC, BATHROOM water lights etc.AC condition is like bhagwan bharose , I had spend my 1 whole day there and never will be there in future

Though their rooms are very small but their services were on the point. Furniture were perfect . Two things I didnt like about the room was there was cockroach inside the bathroom door and there were no door mat in the room .

Hoteliers need to be more professional, as service to the customers need to be delivered quickly which was not in my case: 1) i asked for early morning check inn, which they told that they will be letting me know in the evening before the booking day but they didnt. i again called them to know the status, again it was told to me that by 10pm we will confirm. but unfortunately that didnt happened. consequently i have to check in to different hotel in morning. 2) hotel breakfast is frustrating. u will get same 2-3menus on daily basis. since this is a oyo property, oyo manager is saying that ours breakfast is best as compared to other oyo property. but trust me, there is no quality. 3) dinner provided in the pax was satisfactory. 4) room was clean & bathroom was superb.

Good hotel at this price value for money, little bit conntivity problem

There isnt any restaurant, however, room service was present. Our AC wasnt working. Neither was the water heater.The sheets were clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. The location is very central. About 15 mins to Victoria Palace and 20 mins to Kalighat.

Worst hotel with unprofessional and rude staff. I had my booking done online and needed a early check-in for which I called the property manager more then 10 times but no response. Then called oyo and they asked me to walk in to the hotel and the property manager will help you out. It was raining heavily, somehow I reached hotel at 5am. On asking for early check-in, property manager named SAHANAWAJ, informed me that if I check-in before 6am the I have to pay whole day rent extra and if I do after 6am then its 30% extra. I decided to wait for 1hr and then check-in, but Sahanawaj were so kind that he informed me that I cant wait in the reception or hotel premises, I have to move out immediately and come back after an hour for check in. Although it was raining, they are so nice to ask me to go out at 5am with my luggage and didnt allow me to wait for an hour. So, I cancelled the booking and immediately went to some other nearby property. I have no idea how this type of people get job in hospitality industry.

Small rooms with no particularly good service

Average stay.Location is not very good,far from main road. You will have to go their by ola/uber. Room was not very spacious. Bathroom was not very clean. Ac was not working properly. Once TV was not working, but they fixed it quickly. You can order food from room service. Food was good. Not very expensive. Avg 500/- OYO kit was not their as promised. Breakfast was below avg.Stuff behaviour was good.Good for couple to stay.

Hotel location is very good. It is just behind punjab club very peaceful surroundings. Rooms are ok considering the rates. One may not get any such hotel at this rate in this locality of Kolkata. The banquet hall at ground floor and at terrace are suited for small party or seminar. But the food and service needs lot of follow up and supervision. Overall positive.

I booked a room online and it turned out to be a very good experience. The rooms are exactly as shown on the booking site which are cozy and adequately sized. The reception was nice and the location is very close to quest and forum mall. I was provided with normal RO water and not the mineral water which was charged when asked for. Washroom was neat and clean. The room had a window but with no great view as it was facing the backyard. Breakfast was provided free of cost and it included poha, toast, puri sabji with tea. Had a good time considering a budget hotel and would definitely recommend to others. The room service from the kitchen could have been better though.

Good thing is the location of the hotel. Its in ballyganj and one of posh areas. Many malls and good food places are easily accessible and you can always find a taxi to this place.Now the hotel denied checking in as as per them rooms were preoccupied with others. Thats very unprofessional. So kindly confirm your booking before reaching there as we had to wait for some time before a room being vacant.

Got the place for 1300 night. So value for money. Not a great upkeep. Location is residential and around 30 min walk from park street.

Rooms are max 10X10 which is OK for one night.. Service is also good. Polite staff. Area is very safe specially for unmarried couples with local ID. I have stayed so I can guarantee.

The staff from house keeping and room service are very soft spoken and proactive in their approach. The rooms are clean. A good property to reside as it’s centrally located and can be located on apps like Ola, Uber and food delivery apps like Uber Eats, Swiggy etc.

This Hotel is quite a small hotel nestled in the small bylane of Lovelock Street. I visited this place today to book the entire hotel for a wedding in my family, rooms are well maintained, front desk executive was a well mannered person, one Mr. Hazra assisted us well throughout, but the only minus point I found was a filthy mannered person fillled with some God Knows what attitude in their Reservations known as Sandeep Mukherjee. This guy doesnt even deserve to sit in some Paan Shop, and I dont know how he landed in this decent hotel and that too handing Reservations, which needs quite a lot of etiquette and mannerisms to handle and coordinate the clients. I am posting this review here, so that the owner or the person managing the Hotel comes to know about his behaviour and for the Hotels good sake, take some action.One things decided, that they lost a customer forever, who will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

The room allotted to us didnt have a proper manual lock. When we asked for a different room, they said they dont have any other room vacant. Overall the experience wad average. Being a 3-star hotel, the quality of rooms should be much better.

This is not a premium hotel, but the tag is premium, dont get blamed by looking that. The rooms were better in a low fare guest house then this premium hotel. The rooms are completely different then the images shown. I wont suggest this hotel.

Staff are good and always ready to help only thing which I do not like is outside food not allowed if you are are pure vegetarian and dont prefer non veg restaurent there you will face problem you have to go out and eat whatever you want but cant take that food in room

I dont recommend it. I stayed there, everything is overpriced a Rs.30 is charged 60 rupees among others. Rooms are totally not worth the money ! A very decent room.

Hotel lovelock has a lovely balcony along with an AC hall which is pretty affordable if you want to arrange any hostel events like farewell or freshers with a decent accommodation of 100. The rooftop provides a mesmerising view of the beautiful high rises in the ballygunge area.

The rooms are small and feel a little congested. The Centralized air-conditioning system does not even have a remote control and it can be a pain at night. The washrooms are clean but there arent any hooks to hang your clothes. Overall quite an average stay which was definitely not worth the money being spent.

Poor Housekeeping.. The room was so dirty I can smell human and all hairs on the bed.. Dirty linnen..I can just say Third Class doormatry..I just left room at 12.30am so uncomfortable bed itching all over as its dirty..Owner contact me fmif you want more clarification

Located in a decent localityz the building is nice, but the staff could be more professional. The lock in the room didnt work and no water was provided. Expected better for the price paid.

The hotel is easy to locate and luxurious. It has warm staff and great room services. The food quality seems to be excellent and it is a very comfortable place to stay over.

Very good place with well mannered staffs

Very poor maintainance. Curtains have collected so much dust and very untidy. Two mattresses have been put on a single bed with big gap between them and was uncomfortable while sleeping. No mat outside the bathroom and all wetness of foot carries in the room.

Really well mannered staff . I took a patient along and got superb service . The food is good and the best part is you can order the chef what kind of food you want and he makes it accordingly.Great experience overall.
