Booked here through OYO. Got a good deal on it. The hotel is really good, its quite comfortable, the staff is very polite and helpful, its got an in house restaurant. Its situated on the main road, very near to the airport (will take around 5 min with cab in no traffic condition). Its a little on expensive side though, so if you could get it in near about 1.5k through some website, go for it. Also, couples can come here and expect to have quite a lovely time here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms are big in size, as I had opted for the premium rooms. The air-conditioning takes a lot of time to cool. I dont know why there is a stench in the lobby or the rooms. You keep complaining about it but none can help. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant food is good.But the manager here is a pathetic person. I hope no one gets to confront him.

A great place to stay!Their Customer Service is really good towards any issue. The fridge wasnt working in the room but they provided two chilled water bottle within a minute. Upon our request the housekeeping has arrived on time & made the floor clean.Also, the in-house food quality is though not extraordinery but standard according to price.Rooms are spacious, bathroom is clean, AC is balanced (they dont provide remote, so you cant control the AC)What else do you need?Highly recommended!!!

The hotel occupies parts of the top 3 floors of the building.. The rest of the space is shared by other businesses. The rooms are spacious with a lot of wooden work. But it doesnt feel premium.. It has its own small restaurant on 3 floor for the guests. Food is good if ordered but the breakfast sucks. The place is allright for a weekend stay but do not expect much.

The Rooms have no windows and the bathrooms smell . The AC takes way too long to cool the room. Sheets , pullovers and pillows are unclean and from the look of it seems to be used by a previous guest. The room becomes rather stuffy at night making the stay very uncomfortable.

Everything was okay except AC ... The AC was centralised so you cant control the temperature & no fan is available. So it may create problem. Outside food is available. Breakfast wasnt included.

Hotel was good and the service was good too till the time we left the hotel. Hotel is just 5mins from the airport and they charged RS.400 for the cab which is ridiculously high. The staff misled us with wrong information on cab and charged four times the amount.

Clean n neat rooms, good service

The room is decent and small. But worth for the price they are giving at. Preferably book it on hotel booking sites like MakeMyTrip or Goibibo or similar to get good deals. The on-board mechanism is good but the room has walls that have marks and also some issues with the service. The restaurant serves good breakfast which is puri, poha (different kinds in different days), boiled egg, toast and Bhajji. Coffee and tea is also available. The extra star I gave is for food, which is decent.

Friendly staff, fairly clean rooms. Good breakfast which needs a lot more rotation (strongly suggest opting for it during reservation else charged 210/- per person). Great coffee must try! If you are from Maharashtra then poha and upma might not taste so good ;)No windows in the rooms might find claustrophobic. The rooms that have windows might not cool as expected... Seems better than the other Oyo hotels.Fellow customers at times can get lousy and you can hear them across your rooms wall... Plates are left in the room passage for a lengthy duration and gives an unpleasant sight!Towels and soap provided along with packaged drinking water. Multiple malls across the street to buy basic necessities and other stuff...Direct bus from and to the airport terminal during regular working hours and will cost a mere 30/- bucks Landmark is Big Bazar Raghunathpur,During off hours Uber and Ola available round the clock and pretty close to the airport.

Its good but if ac stops their is no other way to relax in the room... As they dont have fan installed in the room.

If there is a negetive rating then i would have given to this hotel..Totally fraud people in kolkata, they are makibg fool to their customers.I had paid the total amount for one day as advance still they asked me to submit 800 more (without tax invoice) bcoz i just came one hours before and asked me dont tell this to hotel manger/owner.Even i havent checked in when these guys asked me to deposit rs 800 extra which was not part of hotel tariff.

The staff are poor in helping the guests.they dont the info of hotel itself and mislead all. I requested a room which faces the road and had ventilation. At first the desk person told me that all rooms sold out and when i insisted on him that i booked through MMT then he told me that only direct booking accepted and for them only choice of rooms will be given. When i spoke to cusmt care by phone then i was alloted a fresh room as per my requirements. Room service too poor... always we have to beg them to clean the room. The indicators outside the room will never taken to count. Better watch and go.

One of the worst Oye rooms I ever seen. The corridor with rooms finishing like a dumb place. Some of rooms has no windows, walls are dirty, washrooms are stinking.

Pathetic experiece , worst in my life . Highly discourteous staff, Illiterate, uncouthe, rude.I landed from a flight from Mumbai and and reached hotel by 4:30. I was asked to wait do r 15 mins cause staff was busy doing some work. Which could have been done later.When the time came to register they asked for ID proof. What i have and carry is an EAdhar a legal valid document . Stored in my Google Drive. Which can be watsapped emailed. They said its not valid.To my shock and disgust as I had few hours back crossed three level of security at Mumbai airport. Two of which was CISF on that document. Been a frequent traveller i have never faced such a query. When I challenged the rule and asked the instruction in writing. TheT denied i said its a non sense procedure. To which ideas called non sense and was told to be thrown outbox hotel.I walked out in disgust . Cancelled the booking and booked at Maureen a classy hotel, who happily accepted my document on hearing my experience apologised on behalf of city and also upgraded me.This hotel All Fresco is a sham. Made in a shopping complex doesnt even have a board. Its tough to find where it is. Reception also doesnt have a board or logo.Be aware these people as communicated by them is frequented by Police to check documents by vivisitors and my belief is these people run shady activities in there hotel.
