EduPsych is a great place to get yourself back to a place from where you left off.

I came across EduPsych when I was going through a rough patch and needed someone to help and listen. My therapist was phenomenal from the first meeting, always attentive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through such a difficult time. Looking back on it now I do not know how I would have got to where I am now without her support and would recommend EduPsych to anyone in a similar position.

By getting us to focus on what really matters in our relationship, EduPsychs Expert was able to help us see that what we thought were disagreements about money were really about our fears, insecurities and need for autonomy. The work we did together in the past month was very productive. Our therapist helped us resolve the last sticky issue we had in terms of shared finances in a pre-nup agreement and wedding. We feel more confident and prepared now to deal with any of these issues that might come up again in the future. She is a skillful and empathic professional.

My experience with EduPsych was excellent – over just 6 sessions we got to the core of my issues and worked through them. I have always deemed myself an anxious person and so I assumed it was normal that as a consequence I was a bad sleeper, a chronic worrier and had negative thoughts about myself. Ruchi quickly helped me realize that this wasn’t the case and I didn’t have to continue down this path if I didn’t want to. We employed a mix of strategies including CBT and looking into my past to better understand my anxiety and how to manage it. It was very easy to talk to Ruchi and so I was able to share some deeply personal experiences which ultimately helped me face some demons causing my anxiety. I now understand the causes of my anxiety and have good mechanisms in place to manage my worries and negative thinking, and sleep very well at night! I couldn’t recommend Ruchi and EduPsych more highly.

The doctor is a kind person with empathy and compassion and that was a fresh change from the usual professionals. She has an eclectic approach making her methods malleable. This makes the session more of a “the conversation we needed” and one leaves with aligned thoughts instead of the usual post therapy euphoria that dies out in an hour.

Great experience with EduPsych. I started taking therapy two and half months ago and got to know a lot about myself in the process. Ruchi is very compassionate and is helping me deal with depression with a lot of patience. Thank you so much Ruchi :)

Miss Ruchi Bakhai was my career counsellor who helped me elucidate and articulate my thought process. She is patient and compassionate and respected my choices. She could really see through me. I am really thankful for her advice. She helped me figure out my future career prospects, which I was very skeptical about. She is a great listener and she replies with insightful comments. After the sessions I became more confident and I really know what I want to study and do in future.
