Visited the bata store at New Alipore on 27th September and bought 2 pairs of shoes and a bag. During billing, I asked if the bag can be exchanged later and the store manager who was doing the billing, assured us that the bag can be exchanged provided the bill is there.But yesterday (30th September) , when i went to exchange the bag, the store manager denied and said that it cannot be exchanged since the product was on offer.The store manager didnt mention for even once that the product wasnt valid for exchange, hence caused much inconvenience. They wouldnt even refund for the bag. So, very dissatisfied with the store manager.

Bata Showroom at Nalini Ranjan Avenue, New Alipore is a specious and well arranged showroom. The ambience of the showroom is pleasant and the staff are very courteous in dealing with the customers. Their stocks are sufficient and all types shoes manufactured by Bata, Dr. Scholl and Hush Puppies are available along with shocks, wallets, bags, belts etc. They have a parking space in front the showroom.

It is good place the sampriti bridge helps a lot to got this place more conveniently.
