We have been getting ourselves and our relatives tested for Covid 19 ample times from RB Diagnostic. Their service is commendable. Smooth testing followed by quick report over WhatsApp is all you can ask for. They send their well skilled staff for home collection over a short notice. Im highly satisfied with their service. Therefore, it definitely calls for a 5 Star from my end. :)

My first experience is very good in X-ray division. Technicians were cordial n helpful. Telephonic talks were so nice from ur end! 0nly e-system can be upgraded for more smoother path.

In this pandemic situation with elderly parents at home, wanted to get a safe and proper ECG done. Got hold of RB Diagnostic Salt Lake, Kolkata center and for the required residential ECG they sent a very professional technician named Ruksana Khatun who did the job well and swiftly. Hope they keep up the good work and keep on improving.

During an online payment of a bill, transaction was failed in payment gateway. I later made another successful online transaction to pay the bill. But somehow the failed transaction also got credited against my bill without my knowledge or any notification. Ms. Rukshana of RB Salt Lake branch noticed that on her own and informed me of that extra payment. I duly got refund of that payment in time without any hassle or follow up.

My father Gautam Mukerji had a wonderful experience here. He came here on May 9th to have a covid RCPTR test done. The staff were very welcoming as well as professional. A very special thanks to Mr. Deepak Agarwal who is running the establishment. The entire operation runs very smoothly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I got my result within the next day to my email. The hardcopy was also ready at the branch. Highly professional by all means. Thank you all again.

Amazing service so highlighting few things in detail.1. After every patient the bed/seat is getting sanitized.2. Staff courteous and answered all the questions. well managed..reduced wait times3. The blood collector came on time at home and was very proff..no pain.4. All reports were sent well before the promised time in my Whatsapp number and also got in my email5. The X-ray images were sent in my Whatsapp (and email) and helped me a lot forwarding to my referral doctor and I could take a second opinion with my doctor friend/family and proper treatment started much earlier6. All my previous Glucose values were shown in a graph so my doctor did not ask my previous reports7. The CT/MRI/Xray films were given to me within 10 mins of my investigation and my reports were emailed to me. So no need to come again for reports.8. Portable X-ray staff on time, images given in 10 mins, quality of images were good9. The rates of all tests were much lower than other places that I compared10. Multiple location with many good and renowned doctors sitting in their premises.Many thanks for the great service which is much appreciated.

Great Service and Courteous Staff. Availed their services quite a few times in the recent week. It was seamless. Their online integration is superb. Its hassle free for the patient party in terms of booking for a test, making payments and finally getting the reports online. Everything is just a click away. Makes great sense during these times as it ensures no touch. Also their charges for the tests are quite reasonable when compared to other diagnostic labs in the vicinity.

This a Diagnostic Center, where all kind of tests are conducted. They even have doctors OPD. Well it’s pricey.For example the d-dimer test costs ₹1200/- here & the same tests cost ₹1000/- at Upasna diagnostics, which is in the next block.Also, Upasna diagnostics are giving 10% senior citizen discount which RB diagnostics doesn’t.

Extremely disappointed with service and attitude. They don’t care about patients time or problems. I live nearby and booked a Usg for 4th September. Informed I would not like to wait and will come on time. Was told to come at 10.35 am and that I would be attended promptly . I reached at 10.33 - to my horror doctor for Usg had not arrived and 5 other cases before me. Was told I have to wait. It is 11.30 now and one patient has gone and 4 other waiting before me. I have to wait for maybe one more hour in this covid scenario in a diagnostic centre. Attitude is take what we can give or leave. Rude behaviour . Having a medical issue no option but to keep waiting because cannot get alternate appointment elsewhere. It shows they will call as many patients as they can and make everyone wait for there profits. No place to sit. Jam pack. Maybe it shall be done by 12.30 or 1 only. Appears to be a routine affair for them. Did 10000 worth test in 2 days and use this centre for home collection regularly. Now no more probably.

They are most unprofessional in service.I phoned in the morning for next day appointment for PCR test and the person confirmed me to give appointment in one hour.Even after 8 hours he has not responded and not picking phone.If he would have refused, I would have taken services of other centres.Very BAD.

As usual everybody looks for nearby health facilities. One can go.

RB Diagonostic center one of best and cheapest centre in salt lake center. Behaviour of all staff so good.In here everything done in cheapest price (X ray, ECG ultra sound etc...).

Completely mismanaged ...pathetic

I went to visit dr vikas kapoor, as ususal his suggestion and medication was on point and perfect. One of the best doctors. However, he suggested me some excercises. After coming out i was informed to enter a room where a lady was sitting. She was completely fruatrated i dont know for which reason. We belong from bengali background, thereby my parents are not accoustomed to fluent english. She on the other hand gave long speeches in english which startled by parents. After this she was supposed to show me the excercises by charging an extra 600 other than the doctors fees. Worst behaviour ever she should not even be called a lady on the first hand. It is known to everyone that while doing excercises you need a break of atleast 5 second. However she was behaving as if she needed to catch a train by completing almost 12 excercise in 3 minutes! Moreover while doing so, i kept telling her to switch on the fan as it was extremely hot. She replied its our clinic and we do as we wish. I was completely surprised and taken aback by this behaviour. I dont know her name, but she was pathetic. If you ever visist this place avoid going for the excerise because it is a sure fact that you will be dissapointed.

Located near Ramakrishna Mission Island, RB diagnostics is one of the best and cheapest diagnostic centres in Salt Lake.Starting from X-RAY, MRI, CT-scans, you can get almost everything done from here. The prices are also quite easy on the pocket and the reports are crisp and clear.The place opens from 9 in the morning and remains open till late in the evening.To reach here, take any Autorickshaw/rickshaw/bus and get down at Ramakrishna Mission Island.

I had a very bad experience with this place. My 6 month old baby was bleeding vigourously just because of them. I called up to confirm if they have trained staff to collect blood from small baby, to which they said Yes. We reached the center and repeatedly asked if they are trained enough to collect blood from a 6 month old baby, they confirmed confidently. But after multiple attempts they failed to collect blood. They injected both the hands of my daughter but could not take blood into the container and meanwhile my baby started to bleed vigourously. She was crying immensely and had to undergo such trauma because of the inefficiency of the staffs. They are completely inexperienced about the procedure. I have informed the manager of the Branch after finding his contact details in the review section. He assured me that he will look into the matter and will call back but I did not receive any mail or call from him. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please dont take your children here.

Excellent service at Front Office at Salt Lake. Prompt and effective in giving solution to querries. Specially Ruksana Khatoon was very supportive. I must appreciate about Harekrishna at Xray lab. Extremely helpful. I need to mention about a facility in their software which helps them to forward soft copies of xray plates or usg plates to patients email id instantly which helps patient to share the result of the test with doctor without loss of time. Not seen such facility in any other labComfortable sitting arrangements. You can make your cup of tea or coffee(in machine)which comes complimentary with biscuits.Negative side is most of the doctors who show their faces out here are too costly. Most of them charge as high as 1200/- or more per consultation which is unrealistic. By the way, their lab charges are competitive.Suggestions to Management: Please look for competent doctors whose fees are reasonable. Also introduce a discount for senior citizens, after all they constitute majority of the population of Salt Lake.This ll attract more senior citizens and generate more business for you.

Money minded Diagnostic, they have charge at entry time and waited here for more than one hour unnecessary. Even no one single patient here for consultant.
