This so called Dr. is THE WORST! I was referred by my Primary Dr. because I was having balance problems and could hardly sign my name without a lot of difficulty. He wanted Dr. Bhatt to give me an MRI. Dr. Bhatt refused telling me I had Carpel tunnel. One of the tests he gave me was a nerve conduction test which had PRE-USED tape that wouldnt even stick to my skin. GROSS!Thankfully I got a second opinion who had me get an MRI which showed a TUMOR on my brainstem/spinal cord. I was rushed to the hospital where I stayed for 12 days to have an 11 hour surgery to remove it. My Surgeon said that had I turned my head wrong or had fallen (again) I could have been paralyzed or or dead. So my opinion is RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR.

This doctor’s office is very unorganized. He himself is very disrespectful. And doesn’t spend enough time on patient. I went to his office as an interpreter with a patient. At the very beginning of the visit he told me to go out and sit outside. He said I was interfering with his job 😳 it was a very unusual behavior. My client was left there with no help to understand the doctor and doctor had someone in the office to translate for her. I didn’t get offended because he just showed his own impoliteness and lack of manners but I was concerned for my client. The whole experience put so much stress on her and her face was completely red. The doctor told her next time don’t come with this interspersed. She’s not good! Very childish behavior. He definitely has a big ego and doesn’t care about his patient. My client was a very decent person and said to me she was apologizing on behalf of the doctor. I told her she should not for someone else’s rude and careless behavior.

This Doctor is trying to ask for money out of my settlement I HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN BY HIM EVER! Can someone please contact me from this office because it’s outrageous some RANDOM doctor is charging for a service NEVER performed.

I absolutely agree with the anonymous reviewer. I never write bad reviews about people or places, but this experience warranted an exception. I didnt learn anything from my appointment with him, and in order to get my results from my first appointment, I had to schedule another appointment. In the end I found out nothing new, and ended up with a huge bill. The nurses were rude, his availability was terrible, and the billing was hands down THE WORST billing process Ive ever gone through. I moved out of the area shortly after my visit with him and found it absolutely ridiculous that I could not pay for my bill with a card, it had to be cash or check. Im sorry, but what year do you think it is?! If youre looking for someone to give you answers, DONT GO HERE!

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Bhattacharyya. I will say I was covered under a VA insurance program so no billing issues to be had, but he provided me answers to an ongoing problem.

I agree with the other reviewers re: Dr. Bhatt. He was almost an hr. late for my appt. and there were 3 other patients there before me so dont know when his first appt. was scheduled for. HE DIDNT CALL HIS RECEPTIONIST TO LET HER KNOW HE WAS RUNNING LATE. SHE HAD TO CALL HIM!!! (Very sweet young girl but not experienced enough to handle the comments when the Dr. decides to change his schedule and not let her know!) She asked Are you coming in? Where are you? How long until you are here? He asked how many patients were waiting and she told him 3 follow-ups and a new patient. He comes in about 20-30 minutes later. There were 4 receptionists at the front desk when we first got there then they all disappeared! As other patients came in looking around and wondering why no one was meeting them at the counter, I would tell them I had had to knock on the window and call for them! There are multiple physicians there with their own receptionists so if someone did come up front they would be sure and let the patients know that they were NOT that physicians receptionist...in other words it is not my job! Did they have attitude! I heard them telling Dr. Bhatts receptionist to give attitude to those that were upset! Is that in the medical assistants protocol book? I have been a medical receptionist and everything you shouldnt do or the worst thing you could do was done at this office in the space of time we were there. It would be a great sitcom with the actress from Mike & Molly! The receptionists for the other Dr. who had waiting patients were suppose to be out to lunch and his patients were always told just a few minutes they would be back. It was 1:30-2 pm at that time?) That is a long lunch with patients waiting. They never showed while we were there. We decided we didnt want to give our time to this Dr. so left after an hour of waiting knowing how many patients were ahead of us and the time it would take this Dr. to process that many. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. or this medical office!
