Why they dont recruit more person for giving covid vaccine, other categories patients are suffering but if you tell management to emergency they provide extra effort though and also behavior off staffs specially lady staffs are good

Management of covid vaccine drive is pathetic. This was not their first day of vaccination.People had to wait intially more than 1 hour. Later when they started giving vaccine there was a complete caos. There was no social distancing among staffs and clents. They were not following time slot nor they are following first come first serve. When people around them rasied this concern, none of the employees cared. Even lady in billing section was not competent enough to bill in speedy manner. Worst thing is even their manager Ms. S Das was not in the mood to handle the caotic situation in better manner. When people highlighted the issue to her she was completely unapologetic about the situation and inform this how they give vaccination. People of madhyamgram should prefer narayana or fair health for vaccination. No one in suraksha gave instructions of dos and donts for vaccination or guided people to wait for 15 mins after vaccination. As this was a paid service, i will suggest everone to weigh their options before choosing suraksha.

Very poor service . Almost entire stuff are very rude in behaviour..Bad way to talk with any patient...They provide CGHS fesilities , but when the card holder patients appear then they show less-interest to them..over all ..very unprofessional and must say that , this center is not justify the good will of Suraksha...

Very Bad services.Too much slow.A patient who need USG and booked appointment before a day after that when she reched at place Suraksha Diagnostics at Madhyamgram Branch at 11:00 Am they gives a token a said just wait your token number will be display at screen after 2 hrs exactly token number is showing C68...Its horrable.After 2 hrs only billing will be made then after how much hrs test will be done ?I never will go at Suraksha Diagnostics at Madhyamgram branch.

Pathetic service they work with very lower no of staff ,if ask anything the have only answer is BOSTE HOBE . No one come to BOSTE ,

About Madhyamgram Suraksha center : Very poor service, unprofessional and rude behavior of staff. They should learn some courtesy and should attend customer in a professional manner !!!

Worst service ever.. Pls dont choose this center for vaccination.I have booked for 11-12time slot for vaccination.Reached at the centre at 10.50am and surprised to see that they are providing first come first serve service..Waiting for 2.30hrs in the queue to get the vaccine.No place to sit, and only one staff is apoint for vaccine..thats why they r taking so much timeIf they charged 900 then they should provide the service.Madhyamgram RH is providing the better service (they are using laptop and ask everyone to sit for sometime after get vaccinated). But in Suraksha, they using mobile phone and taking time to check with your Aadhar; after getting vaccinated you have to leave that place.There are no sitting arrangements.

If I am given d option of negative star I would probably choose tht n talking about experience the one guy who was appointed to push d medicine was dressed in the attire if security guard. My question is is that guy is supposed to push d injection? Is he qualified enough to know the technique and last but not the least does he he have the absolute authority as in is he carries his license to live upto that authority?? N not to forget he wasnt wearing any mask. I wasnt given any time speak because the respective staffs were in so hurry to maintain the order of providing the vaccine..They were like u r done with it madam please go outside n relax for 5mins n as per the information provided by d medical board after the vaccination it is mandatory to relax for 30 mins but due to lack of sitting arrangements I was bound to move out and they werent allowing any family members to see what all are going around.If they are charging so much then they should provide the proper service as well n one lady in the counter was irresponsible enough to wear a loose mask..I mean being from a professional background u should have tht common sense..so before booking an appointment for whatever reason think about it.The only mistake which I did is didnt tk any photo or video but I told my other relatives if they find d same they would post it immediately.

Very bad service they are providing.. one of the receptionist is very rude she doesnt know how to talk with the people and on Sunday they switched of there service phone which is provided in Google as if the number is there personal number.. unexpected.. its humble request to the suraksha please select the right candidate not this type of lazy candidate who switch off the number and sleep tightly.

Very poor service. The ladies sitting in the country are mostly unprofessional. Take too much time even if there are a very very few patients come for testing. The ph no given remains busy for most of the times. Think they intentionally do this to avoid phone calls. Disgusting with their service and behaviour I shifted to Dr. Lal Path Lab at Basunagar for pathological and other tests

Very very bad experience..I will choose negative star if there have any option like that.Today I went Madhyagram Surakha for covid vaccine ,slot time 11am-12pm,but so pathetic managmet was there, no slot time was mentain by them. please avoid Madhyamgram Surakha.

Pathetic time management n unprofessional staff in counter/Reception. Looking like overstaffing but not at all organised.Even they played holi on shift by making patients wait for there gala time.

Those who get medical benefits from corporate sector or WBHS and if they think that they will do ultrasonogram or any such expensive test within 1 or 2 days, they will not go to Suraksha diagnostics because they will give you the date after minimum 7 days. But for the general public, there is time on the next day. This is the instruction of their doctors and authorities. This kind of behaviour of their is only for the sake of profit. I request the victims to complain to their authorities so that this kind of dishonest behaviour of Suraksha diagnostics is stopped.

Very bad experience,,, unprofessional and less educated staff,,on 24th Dec at 0930 hrs, I reached suraksha madhyam gram with my wife, CGHS card issued by CGHS of my wife was with her and doctors prescription which clearly mentioned, she is my wife.They insisted for marriage certificate,,firstly the lady at counter and then their supervisoryLady,,my govt issued dept ICard was also with me...Very bad dealing with customer,,Suraksha Teghoria did all the test with same documents. Visit to the teghoria instead of madhyamgram.

Very unprofessional approach and company has not posted any proper skilled person to manage the front office and floor manager. People are avoiding this centre and going to Barasat and VIP Rd. Moreover one more nabh lab is opening shortly.No time slot or queue is maintained.In the reception counter only one is behaving properly .The worst system is ultrasound , no system at all.
