Very good hospital in terms of medical care and services. Hospital staffs, nurses are so much helpful and always ready to help in regency ward. Be it night or in general shift, they are always available for any help for patients well being. Cleaning staffs are also well behaved and available for any support any time.Doctors are absolute knowledgeable and are the best.Infrastructure wise the buildings need much renovation. Broken or damaged walls or roof boards are seen at most of the places.Reception and TPA cell needs to work fast and with more efficiency. They need to hear to the people more to cater them as per their need. There should be more front office persons in both the departments to cater the waiting people effectively.

Very pathetic service I got every time. OPD team is totally failure to manage their patients as well as the relatives of the patients. Wait time in cash counter is minimum 1 hour. There is no coordination among departments. Being a private hospital, their service is far far behind than any government hospitals in West Bengal. Only because of doctors availability here, I need to visit. But I dont want to come again

Ruby hospital robs you of in every possible way. They bill doctors visit fees randomly and according to whims as you may find the doctors fees of those who have not visited the patient at all or those who are not connected to patients symptoms at all. In addition you will be forced to buy the medicine at much higher than the market price and there are so many other tricks you will have to face. Better not to go to Ruby hospital.

Visited OPD section, everything here is about token and appointment, however the operator over phone needs better training to support customer calling for appointment. Overall till now its good.

Outdoor staff lackadiasical.Very difficult to understand where to go and how to get all requisite tests done and procedures attended.Patient and party has to run from pillar to post.Staff takes no responsibility.The worst is the outdoor counter 6.The staff is inattentive and excuse mongering.Very poor outdoor process management.Today again faced same lackadiasical and utterly crude staff at counter 6 and x ray reports generating staff.They have mixed up and now patient has to run from pillar to post to get issues resolved.The most incompetent process management.Utter failure of supervisory staff as no care is taken of the staff dealing with customers.This reflection of inaptitude tells tale of no professional managerial excellence in practice.

TW: Terribly understaffed! Unpunctual! Mistake prone!When the doctors and surgeons are really nice, the service for the price is really messy...The main issue is with the nurses and other healthcare workers. 20-30% of the nurses (both male and females) are really good!! They are like angel and they know what they are doing. But the rest of the workforce is absolutely pathetic. One has to ring the bell continuously to get care. At night, sometimes its terrible because you have to shout for attention!Sharing rooms are not really pleasant. Washrooms smell. But what can we do? The sorry state of health affairs force us to get whatever service is available. :(

It was early 2000 when Ruby hospital has a glorious chapter but now its turn a business minded ownership shop. The management, admission staff, opd booking staff not all but most of them think that they are Govt Employee. The behaviours of them very very rude. The hospital only received 3 start from me just just just because of the good behaviour of god like nurse, cleaning staff, security and our God doctors who are giving unconditional support and love to petient and their family. Apart from this i am very muh straightforward that dont go and leave you petient to a bad quality of people who just business minded.
