This is a very beautiful, very well maintained & GREEN housing complex, situated close to Tollygunge. There is plenty of greenery all around, - including 4 parks & a well maintained water-body! As you enter this complex you get a soothing feeling of calm, quite & peace - very different (and away) from the anarchy, chaos, noise & pollution of Kolkata. It is more beautiful & much greener than most of the other housing complexes that I have been to in Kolkata. It also has its own shopping complex.

I am residing here for last 5 years. It is a very peaceful place full of trees and open space.

I have been a resident for more than 10 years...i have spent a significant part of my childhood over here....the people living over here are very friendly. there are four parks for children to play, a community hall for discussions about the management of the society and also for events such as birthdays, marriages etc. Apart from this there is also a mini shopping complex for the local people named prantikapan. From my point of view living over here is the best thing which has happened to me. Durga puja has always been celebrated over here with great pomp and it is a time when everyone, no matter for how long they havent seen each other come together and bond. Really awesome place.

Well, I am residing here about 10 yrs. (Prantik phase II). This is completely residential complex with full of greenery estate. Sufficient Oxygen, Free walking , cycling and finally good atmosphere but the problem is M.G.Road !!!!!😢😢😢

Road condition towards Prantik is very poor. Needs immediate repairing to arrest further damage. Prantik inside is very good
