Somehow its good, the thing they need to improve are 1 they have keep valid number in the reception. And most important thing they should not open the other room door in the midnight especially girls room. If they can improve in other language that will be much better . the rest are fine wish you my best of luck in future.

All the rooms has rats and cockroaches, management is not bothered about it. Foods and water is very costly than outside. Most of the plug points are broken and not working and room is very dirty.

Upper stair rooms are good,Not providing mineral water for drinking,far away for road to board citybuses . But Pleasant place without traffic and sound.

Wrost experience I have ever seen in OYO. Think 100times before selecting this oyo..1.The location was very odd.2.They do not eger to welcome guest.3.Vey rude behaviour.4.They do not allow out side food zomato/ swigy and any water.5. All the necessary things are bound to bye from their that was also bad in quality.6.The food an water are too costly.( Chili chkn and fried rice was of 400 which was average)7.The ambience was too talkative and full noisy. The privacy should not be maintained..The manger charges 30% extra charge for check in between 10am to 12pm though it was complementary. Inspite of being available many rooms they charge 30% extra charge . After informing Oyo manager they said the oyo 9923 sima Hospitality manager pay you back the extra charges. But due to this issue they misbehave me alot and dont pay me back the extra charged amount.

To be very honest, its very below average place to stay. The rooms are very dirty and not having proper amenities to stay. Also the worst part is the food. Morning breakfast cold puri and sabji, which you cant take. There is no other option. Though outside food is not allowed but in house food you cannot take. Also if you ask for any choisable food then the reply is they dont have it. Not at all standard.OYO now gives permission to any Tom Dick and Harry to operate under their brand.

The experience was not good because neither the AC was working nor the TV. The room was full of mosquitoes. I paid Rs 1400 for one room which I think was not at all worthy

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere.It has got really dirty rooms and washrooms.Even the bed linen and towels were not cleaned properly. I pray that they change the bed linen once in a while atleast.We reached at around 9PM and ordered food. After 2 hours, they informed as that the order is cancelled. And we were left hungry at 11PM in the night. Thanks to Zomato, we didnt starve to death.When asked for WIFI, they said that its not working, even though OYO promised free WIFI.On top of it, they even charge Rs30 for a bottle of drinking water!Kindly refrain from booking this one as it is not just waste of money, but blatant exploitation and false promises on OYO

The room infront of the lift was too noisy. there were people in the corridor in the evening making too much noise. no mug was there in the washroom. fresh linen was not provided which they did change after complaining. otherwise the room was big enough and the view from the balcony was amazing.

It was actually a bad stay. They were alloting rooms to people even after knowing that they had problems with ACs. While check in the give me a room which was really not clean. AC was not working properly. so they changed and shift me to an other room. now this 2 nd room has even more issues with AC. there was water dropping from the AC continously even the courtans get wet and dirty. then I talk to them and they shifted me in other room again. that point of time I realized that they knew both of the previous rooms had faulty AC. now the third room is smaller in size. Tap was broken in the washroom. and when I turned on the TV it has no connection or mybe the dth no rechrged. so I called them again and they fixed the issue by changing the DTH box. in which there was

This is horrible.....! Please dont stay here! This is the most third class hotel i ever visited....Staff r well behaved bt not managed.........I did nt get a single towel in 18 hrs.......Even I was got my room after 20 min waiting......(even i was chek in at 6pm........the gave my room to others) ...please fix that.......It was my last booking in OYO......fix it ...

Good staff. Good food. Nice location in the sense that you get a nice view from the balcony. Nice rooms but dont get your hopes up too much by looking at the pictures, they can be a bit misleading. Overall, non married couples can trust to have a good time. A bit pricy though (rates however may vary depending on the time of the booking, I personally went there during the festive season so may be thats why the prices were a bit high at that time). If you get this room under 1k though, go for it.

Its a good holet for cupal , nice enveroment cool place , every thing is avalebal in this holet ,bed and room size is also very good ,online booking only avalebel in thishotel

I didnt like the place 1 bit. Even though the reception guy was very sweet .. the room was a disaster. The bedsheets were dirty.. there were hair strands all over the bed. The pillow case had yellow stains. No soap or towel was provided. The bathroom had a weird stink. ..and lots of mosquitoesI had to stay for 1 night and I paid some 1300 for this . Waste of money.

Room service is quite good. Rooms with balconies are awesome. But the day we went there we had no electricity for hours in our room and when I went to the desk they didnt even know this. Overall good experience. And the lift was also not working well.

Place is nearby to the city center 2. Staff is courteous. Hassle free checkin. It was a good stay.

Pros:1. Good Place. Less people,less traffic and so less noisy also. If u want to come here and spend some pieceful life, this is a good place to stay.2. Food is good here. you can order from here and delivery will be done within 30 mnts max.taste is also good. you can get both mineral water and normal water as per your choice.3. Locality is awesome.. city center 2 and chinar park are very nearby. you can go and spend your time there4. Staffs are really good here and this is one of the best thing here. Service is very good here and staffs are very helpful and polite.5. Swiggy, zomato are available here. so if u want to change of taste, you can do it here.Cons:1. Room quality is not as mentioned in OYO app. Dont expect too much from here. water was not passing properly in the washroom. Lots os mosquito present here also.(LOL). Blanket was torned apart in some places. ALso, we expected dppr mats, brush paste. soap in this place. Well brush paste was not there, door mats also.2. this place is literally out of nowhere. even you ask for some cab also, it will take lots of time to come. Evening time, if you want to go some where, you really have to walk to main road, and then you will get something.Finally, this is a very good place to stay. if you want to go here with yiur bestie, ur frnds, ur family, just go for it and you will like it.

I made a request for late check in, and the staff was waiting for me at the time. Room service was good as well and the cleanliness was above average too. Only issue I had was that the elevator sounds were high enough to break my sleep in my room.

Friendly staff, ambience is good. But did not get the OYO kit we are supposed to get. The location is very lonely far away from city. Will be best place for prople who have flight haults near airport.

This hotel is a full apartment based hotel and the hotel management doesnt even have time to repair room walls. Rooms with balcony have good view. Greenery all around. Food is cheap too from their local kitchen. Overall an average stay place.

1. Rooms are not clean - tables have dust, wash basin has hairs2. Bedsheets are very old and torn, plus does not look clean at all3. Only 10% of items from food menu are available4. Theres no mosquito repellent in the room, in the evening if you keep your balcony door open then entire room will be full of mosquitos.5. WiFi does not cover all the floorsThere are better hotels in neighbourhouds than this one.

I stayed in this place for one night. This place is nice and peaceful. But I couldnt sleep because mosquitoes were buzzing near my ear. We couldnt get wifi signal in our room.

I lost a pendrive at this hotel, room no 304. It plugged on TV. I have some important documents over there plz make it possible to send me.

Worst hotel and worst staff ,, problems like ac does not work, Room is not clean, unclean wash room Etc. The list is , they will clean your drop water on set top box , and they ask you to pay for the repair , stating , you have damaged that. I have paid 500 rs , that too not my mistake. It is my advice to everyone not to book this room at any cost.

First thing AC not working/not cooling. In 16 degree temperature cant stay without ceiling fan. Room not clean. No light in bathroom. Room wall very dirty. After complaining reception they changed room but every room has same issues. Over all very bad experience totally money wastage.

Oyo is located in rajarhat near Mangaldeep , akanka more..rooms are really nice nd furnitures are also available there which we can use . Room service is also quite good .we get there everything all on time.

Located in the middle of nowhere, you have to book a cab to reach there or walk from Derozio College for around 15 minutes. The rooms are nice, the washrooms clean. Service is okayish, the breakfast quality is subpar.
