The place is well maintained a blue-white building. But the infrastructure is a bit loose, in sense the work done needs a follow up or like reminder to be done in time in other words needs to be reminded, time to time!!!The workers and their team is efficient but a bit lazy which makes the whole work delay just like that. The entrance sometimes gets crowded comparatively. Has 2buildings....one at the entrance and another inside. Has also a park at the side-children park. Known as Sonar-Tori. Has slides, and other child attractive playful amenities.

One NGO is running in Residential complex near your vicinity on J L SARANI 98, KMC Premises 56. that too doing theft from common water and LIft connection of the building. Is there any separate rule for them? Police did not help us(Thakurpukur Thana being Mondal para area). I think NGOs should not run from residential complexes and their electric charges would also be calculated on Rate 2 status. please find out. even after caught red handedly by doing theft of current the party till did not pay a single pai to association showing force through local party people. and boldly doing theft till date.
