Never buy from this place. They will knowingly deliver damaged product and then keep you waiting for a new peoduct after they themselves receive it. Saying this from personal experience. They delivered a washing machine which was not in its box and also dented product.

Worst customer service. I bought a stove from them and they delivery was on time. This is where my good experience ends.After opening the stove, it was bent from the back. The stove was also not stable and was rocking back and forth. After taking it to them the were refusing to recognise the problems and were telling me that the stove was not defective. After much fight they finally replaced it.Please refrain from buying anything from them.

Horrible service. All the Employees are standing at the entrance & gossiping among themselves. No one is interested to talk to the customer or explain anything regarding the product. Horrible customer service,especially Ms Sunita, a product might not be available, but the behaviour of this employee demonstrates the work culture in and around. Please take caution customers, as if I did a sin asking for a product.The staff was watching a serial and she was not supposed to be disturbed. She rebuked the other employees and gave me a blunt NO, told the other staff not to disturb her. I dont know if this is allowed in stores like these. Very bad experience.

I wish I had read the reviews posted by previous customers who have purchased electronic items from this shop, surely wouldn’t have visited or bought my AC from here. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Bought an split AC(Hitachi) last friday(26th March)delivery was promised on Monday or latest by Tuesday evening as Sunday was closed for Holi. Today is 31st mar and still haven’t received my item. I have called him a couple of times (MrRatan) and each time he assured me the product will be delivered 100% by today. Had plans to buy a few more house hold products but this is my last transaction with them.Not sure if the owners actually follow these customer reviews or maybe they are not much bothered if a few like me don’t visit their shop.

I’m a customer of Khosla Electronics past 5years now & I highly recommend them as your trust worthy electronics store. Even during covid 19 the service that I received from them is impeccable. They sanitise all the product boxes before sending. There prices are always the best & they always give some free gift or the other to make the customer feel special.

Worst service ever. The entire staff was disinterested. No customer service. Even after payment I had to wait for half an hour. Dumb employees dont know how to make a bill or use a computer. Their card machine doesnt work. Dumb fks. No gift wrapping or normal packet. I recommend people to buy from other shops.

Recently purchased a Daikin AC , since it was winter we didn’t installed the AC immediately. Later after few weeks when we installed the remote was missing from the box . We reported about it to the shop management and they asked us to buy a new one for 2000 which is completely unacceptable.

I bought two things from here one AC(HITACHI) approx 46k and other Oven(SAMSUNG). Both are useless. For the AC that the shop KHOSLA sent from the service center he was actually not from the HITACHI company, they sent the local person who was not from the company. We came to know about this later and we also complained. But nothing happened. The same situation is with Oven too, all his buttons stopped working after a few days of purchase. They sell the second hand product to the costumers. Everyone we showed AC said that its installed by very inexperienced person and its 4th grade second hand AC.

In the age of online shopping (flipkart and amazon). I mostly prefer buying online because of big discount and hugh variety available at your fingertips. But if something is not available online then i mostly prefer Khosla electronic because of good variety of electronic items available in one place.
