Near baranagar bazar.Bank is good but service is bad

Most third class branch in the World. Temporary staffs behaviour is very very bad. Acting like they are manager. Very early I will quit my account from this branch.

Most 3rd class bank but try to show its the best bank in the world. Deposit machine and the passbook updated machine always used to be out of service.. service is really very slow on the other hand staff behaviour are very good but the bank is very slow.

Today I experienced a harassment from them. Todays date is 31 st October. All of them know that life certificate from have to submit from November but the staff who is giving the form although he is new in here I saw him from lockdown time onwards gave the form on 27 th October .I asked whether I can submit the form before November .My father was working on Central Government he said yes no problems . Today also I went and asked to him .He said yes you can submit .So I took my mother ( family pensioner) age 74 but officer didnt take the form as it is not November month.In this way two persons are working on same branch but different speech? Is not it ridiculous? They only know how to harash people nothing else

Service is very slow.. Deposit system can keep stop because lack of staff.. condition of this bank is very bad.. staff who present the behavior is good but the service is very bad even very very slow.

Most of the time in ecorner the passbook updated machine and the deposit machine is always out of service..staff behaviour is good but the service is very slow/ bad. even sometime Cash deposit also been stop..

Service very slow.staffs are unwilling to help.Very poor behavior.All these problems are constantly increasing.
