There is a bus stand just outside this stadium. And at the opposite there is Kasba New Market. There is enough commute available from this place. You can get a peek at this ground from the food court of Acropolis Mall. I am. Not sure about casual entries in this facility. But seen many people sitting inside the gallery at different point of times.
