Calcutta Calling is a fine-dine, family resturant, few metres away from Acropolis Mall. It has a ambiance. What drew my attention the most, was their dining tables and reception area. The tables had carom-board styled contemporary bench, while the reception area have had aquarium themed. Moreover that is decorated with wallpapers, bamboo craftes chandelier and photographs. All these combined to make the place attractive and delightful.Now coming to the foods we had tried..🔸Fruit punch🔹Ice blue heaven.🔸Cheese chicken kebab🔹Steamed paneer🔸Chicken chelo kebab🔹Baked fish🔸Whole corn bhetki🔹DarshanOf these i personally liked their Whole corn bhetki and Chicken chelo kebab and all the dishes taste are very good and went well.Their food taste was really amazing and their food quality and quantity both are very satisfying and reasonable price.Overall had a great experience to hangout with my friends.You people can also give it a shot if youre near to accropolish mall, you will never regret.

Well ambienced place, staffs are too good, food is too good, and cool place also. Near the acropolis mall it is present. Food range is not too high. We had lots of food but the coast is not too high.

This is an excellent restaurant with real good quality and quantity of food. Very few restaurants here offer this much food at such a cheap price. And the place is really peaceful and ambience is apt for a dinner or lunch anytime. Well deserved 5 stars

Visited the place with my wife for a dinner. This restaurant is located in nabapally bus stop of kasba on the main road itself.It is located in the 1st floor.having sitting capacity of max 30 people.We ordered fried rice , chicken Manchurian and chicken tangri kebab. The tangri kebab pieces were 4 and taste was good. Pieces were good. The fried rice quantity was sufficient for 2 people and Manchuriam had 8 pieces and the preparation was good. The behaviour of the staffs and restaurant in charge was very good.

The kebab was very creamy and juicy which impressed us a lot.Chicken chelo kebab: This chelo kebab platter consists of Chicken Seekh Kebab , Chicken Tikka Kebab along with a portion of butter rice topped with a poached egg.Baked fish: This fish has a tender yet firm flesh with a mild flavour.Splashed with aromatic herbs and lots of spices, baked Bhetki is a treat to every taste buds.

This is also something unique I tried here .They took the whole bhetki fish and added stuffing into it and mixed well with spices and then it was fried with corn flakes all over it . the taste was really good and the mixed taste of soft bhetki fish with the crunchy corn flakes over it in each bite was making it more amazing❤️And in dessert we had the. Few Days back I visited this Place!The place Calcutta Calling is located near Kasba new market(Few minutes walking distance from Acropolis Mall)Now entering the Restaurant ,we noticed they were maintaining all necessary precautions.Overall the Ambience is cool and cozy , you can spend some quality time with your friends and family.Now coming to the food we tried were:From there drinks menuFruit punchBlue LagoonIce blue heaven.I personally liked the Blue Lagoon , it was cool and refreshing.Going to the food part, we tried:Cheese chicken kebabSteamed paneerChicken chelo kebabBaked fishWhole corn bhetkiBaked bhetki platterThe Kebabs were soft and juicy, it had the spices and were perfectly made.Must try there Chelo kebab platter.From the main course I loved both the bhetki dish, the perfectly baked Bhetki With assorted veggies and Mashed potatoAnd the most unique dish which I tried wasWhole corn bhetki, this is the main thing which you should try out here, they are serving the whole Fish stuffed and fried with corn flakes.Lastly in dessert we hadDarshan with Ice creamOverall if you are staying near kasba or happen to tryout a new place, you should definitely try Calcutta Calling restaurant once.

It was near and they chose Chinese too.Ambience(8/10)This place is not big enough for 10 if there are other people in there already. It was empty so they joined 3 tables to accommodate 10 of us, or else youll get a seat for a maximum of 6.Service:9.5/10: Except the time taken to cook and serve the food, hospitality, responsiveness and behavior was top notch!We ordered5x Mixed Fried Rice3x Kung Pao Chicken1x Kung Pao FishMixed Fried Rice(9/10): Ive had such brilliant fried rice after quite sometime. Decent quantity but it might not fill 2 people if, you have rice and 2 pcs of any side. Delicious! Need to improve rice quantity at this price. The taste was soothing and significant.Kung Pao Chicken(10/10): Decent size, 8 pieces. Delicious gravy, tender and fresh chicken. This was remarkable and a must try.Kung Pao Fish(6/10): This is where they messed up. The also had 8 pieces but the pieces were thin and not like the thick pieces of chicken, what you find at most other restaurants. Taste wise it was just average. The gravy wasnt as tasty as the chicken @one. The fish was fresh but mushy. Chicken and Fish can make different tastes but they need to be cooked differently too, in order to be tasty.This was my treat to them clearing a job at Deloitte and 4 other companies.

I had order Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala and Butter Tandoori Roti. I was kept waiting for more than 1 hour for the order. After that the food came and The Rotis Served were not tandoori rotis they were normal rotis with a butter spread and The chicken in the side dish was not cooked it didnt have any taste, it tasted like boiled chicken dipped in the gravy.Horrible Experience in this renowned restaurant. Didnt expect this type of food quality. I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone else.
