I am disappointed about this store offers, which is not really up to the mark ... Only one offer is there, every product 50% off on 02/10/2021 ... I dont know what kind of offers they provide on other days at this store ... Also they didnt provide shopping amounts offers (As like if you bought Rs:5000 you will get this or that) ... When I ask at the billing counter Is there any offer on billing amounts more than Rs 7000 or 8000. They simply said no...

Located nearby Chinar Park, 15 minutes from Kolkata Airport.Good collection for mens clothing with multiple brands to choose from.Prices are as usual with discounts on offer. Shop opens at 11 a.m. Better to visit in first hour to avoid rush and comfortable shopping experience.

The quality of product is not upto the mark. Yes they give u offers but that costs u more than the actual value for the thing. I got 2 vouchers in which they written that shop for 4000 and pay 1500 in the month of September and October. When i visited in the month of September i asked Store keeper he told me we have limited brands on which we can use voucher. And also he mentioned that the brands which offers 50%off only there we can use the voucher but for that whole month there were no 50% off on any of mentioned brands. Then again i asked the store keeper about the voucher he said u cannot use this voucher for sept. But it is mentioned that voucher is valid till sept only. So in the end i would like to say these voucher are not worth of shopping its just the market strategy to attract customers for the upcoming months and to shop more from the store.

Best Price for money and quality...BF is the best branded product with lowest price but store need to segregate well as we can find right one on time .

Points to remind you whenever you visit brand factory:1. Check manufacturing year in the price tag of the product. Consider 1year backdated products, not more than that.2. Always prefer fresh stocks.3.kids section is less attractive.speically for boys.3. Shoes are good.many options.4. Take a look at indigo nation ,. Scrullar , turtle , bare , killer, Levis.5. Remember billing counter is very crowded maximum times.6. Mind it, now alterations of clothes are chargble. May be ₹30 each.

Mostly in jeans section You can never find the right size. ..if you get right size you dont like the colour and if you like to colour most of the cases they dont have the size for you so better to choose big bazaar near to the brand factory Chinar park which way better they change the style and restock often not the the brand factory in which you get the same thing all year along

Very bad service.. and the collection is the worst. There is no clothes with comfortable meterials. And their is no formals available in ladies section.. My experience was like a horror story.

The place getting worse each time I revisit. Many articles doesnt have price tags. Even the staff doesnt know the price. Billing time on higher side even for an empty queue. Also if you prefer quality then all articles are sub standard. Those cant be from Original brands.

This is one of the best store in Newtown. So many brands and lots of collection, obviously good collection and pretty good offers everytime. Staffs are well educated and well behaved and they are ready to help you in all situations..

Brand Factory has a lot of offers going on.But honestly, I have trouble finding clothes which I love. It is located on the crossroad and once you are done shopping, you can enjoy some snacks outside.There are some shopping centres located nearby as well.

When you shop for Any apparel & footwear worth Rs. 5000 MRP and you pay only Rs. 2000. You get that amount back via an Apparel worth Rs. 500 (from free merchandise zone), 2 Gift vouchers Worth Rs. 600 & Future Pay wallet cashback of Rs. 300 (Rs. 150 for 2 months).

I find it pretty ordinary. But the things which I found very objectionable was they increased the price of all the product. One of the old product of Pepe Jeans they tagged as 5999/- and given 40% discount. Which is cheating and a type of theft with customer.Another point, behaviour of staffs were mean and rude. Workers were not showing much interest towards work nobody attended while I was shopping. I have visited various BF outlets in india mostly in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi. But I found Chinar Park Brand Factory totally different. Future Group has decent reputation but this outlet is ruining that repo.*One very important point to be mentioned, I think a good portion of products are fake here.*

Brand factor is famous for their offers and sale for all the branded items.They are having different branded collection for men and women garments, shoe, bags etc etc along with kids section also.Brand factor chinar park is having quite a large stock for all the available products. This place is famous for their collection but during sale you will be too much lucky if you get out with your choice with required size.Always try to go for the first or second day of the sale to pick out the most.

Great showroom and enough collections but Todays (March 24, 2021) ac was not working and it was horrible situation for all of the customers.

Since 2019 April the AC over the first floor in mens section is not working and its really difficult for the customers to purchase and choose products for them.Its really suffocating over there to stay for a moment. So I earnestly request to the higher management to fix this matter as soon as possible.
