Very nice hotel situated within walking distance to Park Street.Very clean room and bathroom with good ambience.Has all amneties provided in room(some may not be there but provided on request).Food quality is very good but maybe a little expensive.Stayed there in room 313 on 26,27,28/9/21 and will defintely stay there when i visit Kolkata again.Staff very courteous.A small suggestion to management a 20% discount on food and drinks for residents is much appreciated

Finding a place to have office party. This is the place you should get your employees to chill and have fun. Situated at park Street, this place is quite approachable by cab. Having a rooftop bar with all glam and low lighting is the perfect place to have a hangover with your colleagues and friends. The music system is awesome. There is ample space to dance. We had starters like dry chilli chicken, fish fry, cheese potato, mushroom delight. There were many types of hookahs. Some cocktails that we had are Cosmopolitan, sangria, blue Lagoon, orange punch, LIIT, Shebang. There was beer, scotch, whiskey, kamikaze shots. We literally had a lit night ever. We forgot to had the dinner as we were so engulfed in drinks. Hope that is also great there. The service was also great.

Rooms are very confortable but unfortunately you get disturb by the over loud music coming from the lounge on the roof top. Sound is so so loud that bass vibrations and singer voice are audible inside the room ! Without speaking about the music coming from the corridor... There no way to escape noise.

Pathetic behaviour, impolite and arrogant staff. Never book a room here. I called the hotel at 5:30 am in morning and asked if I could get an early check-in and breakfast. The guy said room is available and asked me to come immediately. When I reached there he asked us to wait. Then after 30 mins I asked again then he said room is getting ready and will take an hour. Then after an hour when I inquired another staff was there who said there is no room available before 12 pm. When I asked why they asked me to come to hotel they said they will give room doesnt mean they will give check-in before 12. When I requested to talk to GM they refused and even the GM didnt bother to talk. Very arrogant staff. Never go to this pathetic hotel.

Its a really nice rooftop place to sit and relax while having sheesha and drinks if you want to. Ambience is really nice and music outside is neither too loud nor too soft. Sheesha is smooth and prices are mediocre. If its a cool windy evening then this is the place to be. Food and drinks taste good enough. Staff is also decent and service is fine too. Indoor is good for people who like loud music. The king lobster here tastes awesome and is a must try for those interested. Always nice to visit this joint.

One of the best cost hotel in Park Street area. Food is good. Stuffs are helpful. I found this hotel suitable for my next stay. But cleanliness can be improved.

My experience with this hotel is terrible. I stayed here with family for 1 night. Location is definitely the main advantage but the room is below average(not the 4 star category that has been advertised). The mattress is spring which is very uncomfortable. In room dining prices are reasonable but there is no reason to dine in this hotel if park Street is just 2km away. Bathroom is also very small, you will see a rain shower in there but the water temperature is not consistent with the knob setting.The electrical of the room is very confusion and unnecessary complicated.Overall very bad experience. There are other better hotels in the area for the lower price.

I loved this place. Really a true 4 Star Hotel. My stay was very good. Hotels ambience was awesome and it was so clean, tidy and silent. You can not even hear a sound of a pin drop even. Room interiors were also very good and well maintained. Room were spacious. Out of 10, I would rate this hotel 9 for recommendation :)

Rating for the Aura Skybar:This was definitely better than the Zomato ratings. Went for a friends bachelorette party, overall experience was good. The food was good and hookah is available as well. Okay, me and my husband had to book this hotel because The Park was not available at that particular time. Booked a cab from the Airport as we travelled from Chennai. Searching the hotel was a light difficult because it is not on the main road. The day we entered a 4 star hotel, there was no one to help us with the luggage’s and biggest shock there scanning machine was not working. So my question here is where is the safety ? The hotel was crowded may be because of some events happening and after waiting for around 20 mins got our room. The concierge guy helped us with the room tour and we were more concerned about the room to be cleaned only when we are there on the room and not when we were not. The guy told us that there was a switch to be pressed on for that. We washed up and left to my uncle home. While we came back we saw our room cleaned and did find our things to be touched because I know the way I left it but nothing was missing. When we came down to complain because we did have cash and electronic items there, which could be lost, the housekeeping manager accuses us of trying to steal the hotel towel, where that was the same day we checked in and we were to stay there for 4 days. I was shocked, he was so manner less and hurdled words which no one can tolerate. And being a hospitality industry what sort of manners he had. We were really upset. The front office managers do the sales VP tried there level best to ease the matter down, but I could not because that HK manager touched my ego and embarrassed me and my spouse. How dare he. Later we received an apology from the Front office manager and as a kind gesture he gave us a liquor coupons, but we denied. No alcohol or materialistic things can ease my feeling who calls me a thief. I required an apology from him. He finally comes up to our room and apologise and then asks about our marriage and stuff. I would like to only suggest him that working in a hotel he should change his attitude and his thoughts about young married couples.

Aauris is a nice 4 star premium property in heart of the city. Over all stay was good. Room sizes are bit small in compared to other hotel in same category. Health club was well quipped. Pool wasnt operational. We had ordered dinner which was fine enough. Breakfast had a wide spread.

Disappointing space with no soul. ... terrible to come to 10,000 sq.ft. at multi levels causing you to get depressed and uncomfortable looks like a large banqueting space for parties but not for visit as a visitor and nothing special to offer

This was a horrible hotel. Front desk Staff not very friendly or helpful. We came into our room and in my reservation I was told I’d have a bathtub, no tub. The evening we got there, there was a grease stain bleeding through on left side of bed, we said something no one came. By the next morning there was even bigger grease spot coming through on right side! We told staff and they blamed us for it and said the sheet couldn’t be washed and charged us!!! Not only was it unclean but we were blamed. We attempted to make reservations for a couples massage a day early when we arrived the next evening at the spa there was only one person and we couldn’t go together. Spa people are nice but massages not strong. The food was horrible, they like to put their own spin on everything when you order you don’t know what to expect. Particularly the pizza was so bad and sauce it made us gag. The person bringing food did apologize but nothing was done. We would give a minus rating if we could. The sink was broken on the bottom, thank goodness we weren’t blamed. Beds are not soft or clean as stated. The rooms are nicely decorated but who cares if it’s not comfortable and they don’t care the way you’re treated. Also we weren’t allowed to get delivery in the hotel (after 3 attempts at eating the room service horrible food). At the breakfast buffet we asked if I could have an egg with cheese they said no we have eggs no cheese, yet it’s in the room service menu, cheese omelettes. One of my family members also got ill we asked front staff about hotel doctor that IS LISTED in their hotel amenities guide but they said they had none. Again horrible experience.

We were upgraded to suite from normal room which was a pleasant surprise to me. Nice ambience. Supportive staff. Food quality can be little better. Rest all if fine for a comfortable stay.

Tucked away in a quiet side road but very close Park street. Well appointed rooms and tasty food ( esp.the chinese) and good service. The lobby can look less sombre but dont know if its all that 4 star as it claims??Went to a friends room, the restaurant and the banquet hall......

Spent 5 nights during the pandemic to self-quarantine whilst going through a dental RCT procedure. In spite of paying 5k a night almost (roughly) there was no hot water, extremely rude staff and service. Due to some discrepancy with the management, which I feel could be handled better by a class of 4th graders, got into a verbal altercation with so called senior most manager in the middle of the night over a phone call. He scared me so much that I had to stay up all night and leave politely the first thing in the morning. Weird place, not safe at all. I would have had said its not safe for girls, but after the multiple bad experiences Ive had with the management of this 5 star hotel over the last 5 years since inception, knowing what I know now, I wouldnt send any girl/boy man/woman dog/cat goat/buffalo here, ever. You are safer walking around pretty much, anywhere else.

Good Ambience..Food could have been better

They charged us 337 for a pack of cashew and ground nuts. It was not mentioned anywhere in the visible range of eyes of our family of three that these arr chargeable. They were kept at a sife tray in our room. More over room charges for a day was about 3300. Cheap extraction tactics i would say.Additionally the washroom door git autolocked from inside and did not open where my family member was stuck inside for over 30 mins. They had to break the lock to get her out. They didnt even do hiegine checks before handing the keys to us.

The vibe and ambience is jus tooo good...I have been to thia place with my frienda a lot of times and everytime left the place smilingly onli..bt thats basically....bcoz of the vibes of the place...food is ok....pasta lovers will surely enjoy..sushi also gets good rankings...bt I hated pizza...Drinks are jus...really bad...evn aftr getting it corrected for like...5...6 times...for a si ple fresh lime soda...it was still equally bad..and same holds for all almost all other cocktail drinks....Hookah is priced bit on a higher side....bt atleast they are making it decent...

This is a very basic hotel which has been dressed to make it look good. People who have travelled and know the general standards of good hotel will know what I am saying. Very disappointing. I would pay max 2000 to 2250 for such a hotel per night. Its rated 4 star, but will barely qualify for 3 star. Rooms look good at a glance but they are not kept well.

Hotel is good. Staff behaviour is good. Food is very tasty. Only problem is Location. You will find it difficult to gat a taxi there due to the location issue. Also there is no netwirk in 2nd floor. No means really no network at all. These two problems made me really uncomfirtable during my stay. Rest hotel is nice.

There is no one to help us transfer our luggage even though we were there for 2 whole days and the manager is very rude.

Fantastic service. The rooms are very modern with automatic blinds touch lighting. Specially loved the wing chairs in their deluxe rooms. Have to mention how amazing their service is. We arrived really early in Kolkata, at 6 in the morning, and the staff went out of their way to find us a room before check in time. Room service was also nice and staff were polite and nice. We couldnt check out their sky bar as it was raining but Ive heard really good things about it. Heartily recommended.

Heard lot about this hotel came for the official visit. Basic service for guest is very bad and reception is totally ignorant towards it. They gave me non smoking room as I dont smoke but full room is stinking with cigarettes smoke. Its suffocating.Since morning there is construction work going on just above my room i.e. 412 that also I informed they ignored it as well. Front desk doesnt know how to greet people with a smile.Pathetic experience

Whenever I am in kolkata! I book this hotel only. If you are a business traveller and after a hectic schedule if you return to this hotel in evening or at night this is the best place for you. It has two Restaurants and clubs. MOJO nd Sky Bar. And Spa service is awsome.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in India.I think the staff really matters when u r staying in any hotel.They are just the pillars.Few names are there from reception to room services like Anirudh ji, Suraj ji,Rahul,Akib,Raj kumar ji,Tamal ji and ofcourse there are many more as I do not remember the names.The hotel has amazing people.It is just not about food and stay only but it is about everything from behaviour , services,excellent location,hygeine,big and nice rooms,nice gym and nice gym instructor too,worth every penny.I am just not writing to promote the hotel however I want u guys to have a wonderful expereince.It is just that u need to b good as well after all they too deserve respect and love.I really wanted to give this review earlier however i was too busy wd the schedule.

Aauris hotel is amazing! Their breakfast buffet is incredible. Their lunch specials are great! I had the tandoori chicken and mutton biryani which was out of this world. Drinks are reasonably priced. Their rooftop bar/club is heaven on earth and the service is first class. Also they are just a short walking distance from Park Street which gives them brownie points in my book! Stay here. You wont be disappointed!

Very nice place and situated in the heart of Kolkata near to park Street. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Although I went there for a function so I dont know about the pricing but I would recommend it to most of my friends if they ever visit Kolkata.

Food cost is too much

We went to blu, bistro | bar at Auris. Food is good in general but the less said about their pizza, the better. And services not good at all. Servers are super inefficient, slow, did not seem like were given proper training. One of us was served rum in a highball glass which are meant for cocktails. When requested to change it, was given a double shot glass, when easily they could have given a whiskey glass. Servers at 3-4 star properties should know about correct glassware. AND IF YOU DONT HAVE RIGHT BOXES FOR PACKING EXTRA SLICES OF PIZZA, THEN STOP SERVING PIZZA ALTOGETHER.

Hotel is very well decorated but the staff of hotel is not uptonthe mark.We found cigarate smell in a non smoking Room and they were not changing room .Putting freshnourOpening the window but were not giving the new room.Finally we have to call make my trip and then they started moving .FINALY WE GOTBTHE FRESH Room after a long debate of 1.45 minutes ...Hospitality was not found if you have any problems in this hotel ....But that is only if you are lucky .....

Enjoyed the stay here. Very courteous staff, clean and tidy rooms with good facilities. Lots of amenities in the hotel - 24 hour coffee shop, rooftop bar, gym, spa, etc.It is not too far from Park Street area where you can go shopping and eating. Camac street is very close by and good for nightlife.Would recommend staying at this place. It is worth the money you pay.

Good property. Reception staff was rude. when we went to room room was not ready we have to wait their for more than 15 min. Food taste is ok but quantity is very less. one portion is not enough for 2 Pax.
