HONEST REVIEW:Rating changed from 1 Star to 5 Stars!Deposited an in warranty glasses to Store for fixing a small nose pad issue in March 2020 and in September 2020 the Store informed me that the Glasses have been lost by Technical experts. As because the Spectacles were lost, a new pair was provided to me with same design and lenses within 1 day with the intervention of Mr Patle and Mr Sumit, veterans of the Store Desk. My experience is very good.

I went to Manisqure Titan Eye plus shop to buy my lenses. They told i have to pay full amount while booking , however they gave me an advance receipt which only had some product code mentioned not even full name of the lense I purchased.This is unacceptable because when they are asking for full amount in the time of booking they should give proper bill not an advance receipt.Although there policy in the bill mentions 50% advance to be paid.This is nothing but misleading customers.However product was good.Over all ok.

We visited on Sunday i.e. Sept 27th. Salesman Kaushik assisted us and helped us choose the right frame. The cashier was also very humble and well spoken. It was a good visit overall.

Excellent Service!I purchased a pair of glasses with frame about 3 months back. It developed some unusual rusts and defect. Been a customer of this particular branch for the past 7 years......have brought almost 10-12 frames for my entire family...but during mu last visit, a shop representative named Kaushik gave a not so nice comment on my girlfriend while she was choosing a frame....we were really shocked and hurt, specially after knowing kaushik for a long time..... and we immediately left the store.....Instead we went to the ULTADANGA BRANCH of titan where, they were extremely friendly and genuine in guiding us choosing the right frame....their optometrist was very thorough in checking our power.......their behaviour were much more friendly than the 1st visit i remember i had of mani sqr......IF YOU WANT A TRUE EXPERIENCE OF TITAN EYE PLUS...BEST VISIT THE ULTADANGA BRANCH...

The highlight of their store is their optometrist Mr. Patra. An awesome gentleman and very thorough in his technicals. Tip - Do go for the eye check up. It is on the house and he can guide you better if you have any issue with your eye. The uniqueness with which Mr. Patra selects the lenses is awesome. Kudos to him.

I have received amazing customer service in this outlet. I have already made around 4-5 spectacles from this single outlet and none of the times was I ever disappointed. Got my specs here. Staffs were cooperative and helped me to find the best one for me. A large Variety of frames from various brand and they have a couple of lens brand options. You can have all types of lens coating.

They had a good large selection of eye wear but I wish they could have kept the glasses on display clean. Nearly all of them were hazy and full of fingerprints.

The frame of the spectacles purchased for me and for my son are excellent. Recently, following cataract surgery I had artificial lens implanted in one eye by feco method and needed power adjusted glasses. The glasses in my new spectacles are the best. Worst ever experience. I dont think they are genuine store at Mani Square. Anyways, spent 15k for new spectacles. The store guys suggested to do some high tech analysis for which they charged another 1500 or so.The glasses are aweful. Cheaper ones from Lenskart work better. On complaint, they ask to come to store and then say, lens are good something wrong with you.Be careful.Dont get tempted by their offers. Anyways they are highly overpriced.

See I personally like the shop very much would have also given it 5 stars whenever it got up my mind. But now that I see that one person was standing outside pantaloons taking everyones phobp to give 5 stars saying that theyll get a good offer is a very bad thing to do. You should not do this to people. I know not all reviews are made by you but let the people decide what they want to give.
