Dissatisfied with their behaviour and hospitality. I went there today in casual clothes (jeans and a top) and a backpack. When I went in, they immediately asked me to leave my backpack at the entrance, despite the fact that there were other people carrying backpacks inside the store. If this was a ground rule, it should have been applied to everyone. So it was implied that they doubted me of theft. Then I went in to look for some designs. They pulled out a set of watches from their vault. I was looking at them and explaining their price and design with a family member over the phone. They took away the watch set from me and said that they would assist me when the phonecall is over(the phonecall lasted for 3-5 mins). As a result I couldnt discuss the designs with my family member. Very disappointed

Titan is always my favourite brand for watches.the representatives of this branch are very professional and the behaviour is also very good.they have wide range of collection.

The watch was fine but the gift received was broken. I felt really bad to open the pack and find a broken gift inside. When you are making us write gift received in your invoice bill then you should really be careful about checking the gift your are handing over.

The store is situated between 14 No. Bus stand and Behala Thana on DH Road.The store is quite big and have a vast collection of watches.All sorts of watches are available here and you can get here watches form all sort of price category.All sorts of watches like analog, digital and even fitness trackers are available here.All ranges of Titan watches are available here.Fastrack,Sonata,Fossil,Disel and many other renowned brands are also available here.They serve the customers very well .They have a very smooth billing procedure and you can also avail payment by cards also other than cash.They have a pretty good customer care service and a after sales service altough the servicing charge is a little expensive.They also have the full collection of Titans own fragnace (Skinn i guess is the brand name) both for men and women and they are actually very good and last long also.They have a parking space for the customers at the front of the shop,so there is no tension regarding parking your vehicle.

Well, you know a watch store will have watches.This one also has perfumes.I loved their perfume stocks.They have nice and squeeky small ones that are sleek like Givenchy, and absolutely beautiful soothing smells like Paco.Try them please!!Just back home buying a budget everyday use watch, still thinking about the perfume.Cheers!!

The shop has good collection of watches. However the staffs could be less conservative and more customer centric. They do got a 150 year old brand backing but shouldnt be so high nosed and blue blooded. Still the watches are of high quality and bang for buck. I already chose my watch from the internet went there for a pickup.
