They charge the exact MRP and dont provide any discount whereas the other store in that area providing 20 to 35% discount on that same brand lens.

My family has been buying spectacles from them for at least 4 generations now. Most wonderful experience.

THEY ARE NON CO-OPERATIVE AND MISBEHAVE. I HAVE PAID ADVANCE WITH A CONDITION TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD NOW THEIR CREDIT CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THEIR SHOP. NOW THEY ASK ME TO MAKE CASH PAYMENT INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THEIR CREDIT CARD MACHINE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Good shop

Very very rude behavior to their customers....very unprofessional and non- cooperative also....they dont have minimum courteous morality and professional ethics, after having been run their business for more than 100 years....sometimes, I wonder how they still manage to run their business till now....surely and unbiasedly, I would recommend to choose wisely while purchase spectacles for your most prcious eyes.
