A wonderful experienceI was in urgent need of sportswear frames and upon browsing the collection on their website, I contacted them and they arrived swiftly with no delays. I found this so useful when I’m in a hurry and can’t visit the store in person. The service at home was excellent as they ensured to sanitize all equipment carefully before presenting the collection to me and the team was extremely kind and helpful as I tried each pair based on the suggestions they gave me on my face shape and color preferences. I have recetnly taken their service for making new spectacles for me. Mr. Jit Banerjee and one of his colleague came to my home to help me to select the right frame as per my choice and need. They were very much punctual and professional. The delivery was made before the estimated date. Everything was very smooth and efficient. Very happy by the extremely professional and focused service rendered by Krishna Sen, the optometrist and Jeet Banerjee, sales. Both had come to my home four times to do elaborate eye testing, frames fitting, choosing frames, finally placing order. Krishna was very thorough when doing the testing and general recommendations on eyewear. They both came carrying gigantic bags housing all necessary testing equipment and frames collections.We never had to step out of our house even once, again delivery was on time too. Jeet was not well still he managed to come within two days of expected day of delivery and delivered my progressive lenses.Enjoying my rimless lenses now.. Would always recommend GKB Home Service folks for all your eyecare!!!

Had a very good experience, the staff of GKB are polite and patient, carried sanitiser and sanitised all the equipment and frames before procedure . Had understood the requirement in advance and have bought the relate frames. It was really difficult to choose from the collection. Not to mention all this at the comfort of the home.

I think its a lifestyle hazard of the century. Needless to say, I was regularly suffering from itchy, watery eyes and severe headaches. I was meaning to visit my eye Dr. but due to the pandemic scare I was delaying it. I chanced upon discovering Home Service via my cousin who posted her experience on Instagram. You guys are such a blessing, the entire experience of eye test, frame and lens selection at my home was so surreal. Your team who visited us, Mr. Krishna and Ashfaq were exceptional and experts at their jobs. Although I was detected with no power, Krishna suggest the blue light blocking lens would lessen my digital eye strain. I have now been using my new glasses for a week, and it makes a lot of difference. My eyes are much less exhausted, itchy and watery. Have been buying spectacles and sunglasses from GKB for quite a while now. GKBs customer service is simply superb even during the COVID times. They have a facility to send the optometrists and customer representative at client locations (homes) with full set of analysers, lenses and frames. Used the service for getting my mothers eye tested and ordered a specs, which was delivered ahead of proposed time. The Optometrist Krishna and Customer Representative Jit were excellent at handling all queries and doubts. Extremely satisfied with the product and service.

Had a great experience in GKB DLF Ambience mall. The best part was customer experience, patience of sells personnel and perfect eye power prescription. In my case, GKBs Sonika provided better prescribed power than the optometrist at an eye hospital. Showroom manager Vicky was great and gave mevdetailed description of various lenses. They provide lenses tailored to any budget and dont hard sell expensive stuff.I have been wearing progressive lenses since last 4 years and I know its very important to have perfect measurements for progressive lenses. Hence,would love to go back again and would highly recommend people to opt for GKM Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj.
