The store not only has very good collection of spectacles and sunglasses, the staff and optometrist makes all the difference. They first listened carefully to my requirements and guided me to try out multiple frames to suit my needs. While doing so, they made sure I am aware of the pros and cons of each frame but did not encroach into my decision making space.

Mr Vishnu Agrawal has been extremely helpful in getting my glasses fixed. The arms of my rimless glasses were bent and he fixed them right at the counter. I appreciate his support.

I contacted them recently during lockdown for a new spectacle because mine was broken. It was urgent. I had the earlier test reports with me. Though the shop were closed, the concerned executive took the pain to deliver it within a day or two from another outlet. I am highly satisfied over the service. The executives were wel-behaved too. I enjoyed the deal. Keep the service up.

Horrible experience yet again. Gave me a faulty pair of contacts and refuse to replace or refund. Just keep saying they will get back to me but never will.

Extremely poor customer interface....booked an appointment for 2pm for eye test and opticals in salt lake but the person didinot come or call. Then contacted the shop and was told that the person will be there at 3 pm...no body called. Finally get a call at 3.45pm asking whether i need opticals or not! never seen such poor customer orientation
