The stay was awesome. The food, ambience and people around were well maintained and polite. The vacation was really fruitful because of the overall gesture of the staff and the associated people with the trip.Highly recommend people to have an experience of this resort and enjoy the delicacies and the humble gesture of the locals.

The food was delicious and the staff were polite and always had a smile on their faces. The arrangement of the tour in the cruise was amazing. In all, it was a good experience. It would be better if the rooms are maintained more carefully.

1. Rooms - Rooms are not that great and not maintained properly. It was not cleaned throughout the weekend that I stayed in. The bathroom was dirty. Hot water is not readily available but it will be provided in the morning. The entire resort is infested with flies and mosquito.2. Staff - The staff were decent and well-behaved. Did not face any problem until the second day on the village tour, the person was just not cooperating with the older members of the group, who were having problem walking fast.3. Food - Its okay. The utensils were dirty and the dining area is infested with flies. Personally, I found the food bland and noticed a lack in variety in terms of recipe. Not much vegetarian option can be found. For non-veg, you can have both chicken/crab and fish. Roti and rice is available for dinner but only rice is available for lunch. Breakfast on both days consisted of puri-sabji only.4. Boat - The boat is average. Not much spacious. Its medium-sized. Bathroom is present.5. Entertainment - On the second day, there was a short cultural program arranged. No TV is available in the room I stayed in.6. The Journey - Starting from the bus journey from P C Chandra Garden to Godkhali Ferry Ghat and vice-versa on the day of return, we were on time. Things went smooth in my experience.7. Sight-seeing - The rest of the tour felt rushed as on both days they had to take us get back to the resort for lunch. They took us to all the famous spots like Sajnekhali and Dobanki Watch Tower as mentioned in the itinerary. Tour guide was provided on the second day. However, they wont spend much time taking you around the forest or through the creek. Hence, minimizing the chance of encountering much wildlife.Personally, did not enjoy the village tour. They took us to the local market. I was personally not into that.Did not get to experience the wilderness or the rural life of Sundarban properly. Would not recommend it. But if you are just looking for a short getaway, its decent.

A fantastic holiday with family was completed with my stay at this resort which is a riverside property with a birds eye view of the forest and village life with its vibrant surroundings and the serene river.Food menu is a delicate matter in every holiday and the matter was addressed in all which ways making it memorable.recommended higly.

This resort is supposedly a launch of 2004 as told to me by the promoter Mr Nayan Kar way back 2004.It at that time was one of the very few river and forest facing properties.I found the location absolutely exotic overlooking the forest on the river banks and the greenery which drapes the property from all around takes you to the Garden House concept we call Bagan Bari concept in rural Bengal with ponds bridges, a expansive dining and what have you.The food served by the resort on buffet is a delight for its variations in all meals, and the friendly smiling faces of the staff comforts your senses when far away from the hustle and bustle of city life where u go to spend a quiet holiday amid the serene called nature.The evening cultural are a joy for all to experience as also the enchanting cruises by boats on the scintillating creeks and waterways which make Sunderbans a must go destination near to Kolkata under current times.A give the resort full marks for grand package designed for us in these times .

Nice place but can be maintained better.The common mangrove plants are shown there. A map of sunderban is kept too.There are three or four storey towers from where you can see the sunderban.I didnot get to see a tiger but they are visible at times.

Service is too good....All foods are very nice.... behavior of members are very nice..... everything is very nice.....

Arrangements were made from the very beginning i.e. from Kolkata was very nice. We have 10 (ten) people in our group to Sundarbans through our Travel Agent ECO TOURISM. Throughout the journey upto Sundarban Resort, their attitude, hospitality, place of Resort, timings and behaviour of the staff was very professional and sincere. Quality of breakfast, lunch dinner etc. was very delicious. Each and every members of our team highly satiafied about their service. Sunderban Tiger View Point Resort is a well known Eco-friendly resort for mangrove lovers and travelers. It is an eye soothing natural beauty with rivers and mohonas. The location of the resort is quite beautiful. The arrangement of the package tour is extremely good until and unless you relish their hospitality and the behavior and cordiality of all the staffs, you may miss the opportunity. Of course, this is our personal experience. Our telephonic conversations with Mr. Nayan Kar was so pleasant, and in due course of time it has been observed that his all the commitments regarding the tour programme and the assurance of hospitality, arrangement of comforts has been fulfilled without any hitch. Regarding the accommodation, it is very comfortable, spacious and neat and clean. Food was also very good, it was tasteful, plenty and not spicy. They always provided fresh and hot dishes with different menus. The tour programme by their launch/boat from the resort was so beautiful and exciting by their gracious staffs in the morning as well as in the evening to give pleasure to the fullest extent for their guests. To get fresh air and energy, it is one of the best place to avail the opportunity. In other words, it was an excellent feeling.
