Siddha waterfront is dream housing project of Siddha. It is really a big project with a central waterbody, ample greenery, modern club with multi gym and swimming pool. First phase has been completed and residents came to reside there. What I felt most amazing is its connectivity and construction quality. I like it very much.

The road leading to the complex is very bad...expected the road inside the complex i.e. atleast from the main gate should be well maintained but that too in a bad shape. The construction authority must look into this aspect immediately

We got delayed possession and siddha does not keep up to the comitted dates.We own property at siddha and we are still not given amenities like club house,gym, swimming pool,etc which was committed to us way back in Dec 2019.Located near to kalyani expressway and 10 mins from khardah railway station .All committment made to us while booking of property was not kept on handover.. although this should not be stereotyped.The housing however is well maintained and u get a nice feel once ur back inside the premises.We would be happier if siddha keeps up to the promises .Overall experience is fair .It takes around 45 mins from airport and 1.15 hrs from Howrah station in rush hour

Not a trustworthy builder . Dont get over excited by their brochures which are full of false promises . They dont respond to your emails . Ignore all 4 & 5 star reviews , those are given by Siddha presales teams, insiders and local vendors/interior workers who get benefited if you book a unit .

Place is quite big ,cool and calm,well maintained, neat and clean.I visited this place in Holi.They organized a cultural program in the play area which is big enough. Everything was organized and well planned.

It is situated inside khardah and still under construction.

The apartments of Siddha Waterfront is very well constructed. From stylish flooring to spacious balconies giving an attractive look.

Still under construction for most of the towers. Planning wise it might be attractive, with the water body included. But difficult to guess how much of it will actually materialize as per plan. There are couple of playgrounds included within the complex, which might not be enough when all the towers are occupied.Couple of negative points:1. Distance wise its quite far from railway stations - both Khardaha and Titagarh. You will definitely need a 2-wheeler for daily commute.2. 5000/- maintenance per month is quite expensive, even complexes in Rajarhat is not that expensive.

Excellent flats with a decent exterior and have an amazing and cool environment.

Overall a good society but very far away from nearest market

Place is good but the builder is partially a fraud , it doesnt deliver flats within stipulated time, customers should aware about the fact that it gives possession atleast after 2-3 years of commitment, literally very hopeless builder, i was said to give possession by 2020 april ( block tulip), anybody can examine physically that only ground floor casting has been done , and also they learn staffs to tell silly lies without any factual logic or evidential proof.

Siddha Waterfront offers many benefits including a prime location, various amenities and a healthy environment to live in.

Siddha is not a customer friendly infrastructure ltd., Like Magnolia, PS group etc. Siddha always looking for opportunity to charge extra money in the name of interest and interest on interest.Their behaviour with customers is not good. Those who already bought a property from siddha group, will never recommend to their relatives or colleagues to buy property from siddha group.Basically siddha group are one of the most fraudulent, money seeker, unfriendly company, who thinks that they are the big boss.I would like to recommend that people should not buy any property from Siddha group. Be careful. There are very few infrastructure development ltd who deals with their customer very friendly and heartily and they understand their customers moral value.

Well, cannot give a five star as because of the poor road condition though it isnt in the hand of Siddha But hope Siddha would try to influence the concerned authority to look at this issue at the earliest.Also there is a suggestion to Siddha from my side that they can install solar panel on the roof of each building. Approx roof space available is 6700 sf ft. per building and there is total 18 tower so there is actually a lot of space which can be utilized to produce clean energy. It will enable us to CUT COST of electrical bill, save ENERGY and save our NATION.

Well it’s a upcoming new sub city from the main kolkata pollution. This area is at the heart of nature yet connected with main road and got all the modern facilities you may think of.The play ground is big so as the parking areas .May be a good option for the working couples who don’t want polluted life but a healthy nature connected area.

Extremely dissapointed.Pls look for other projects.complete wastage of money,none of the amenities have been handed over even after 1 year of the project completion. They are hardly interested to listen to your problems. Currently the project is in not in a livable position.wanna sell our flat an leave as soon as possible.Pls dont invest here👎

A newly Opened housing society but still in construction.The customer service is okay.The names of the blocks are flowers.I will recommend you to If you want to purchase house then this very very good.The location is in Titagarh.I had purchased the house but not got the delivery yet but some people have started staying there.You can visit there to see the model flats .overall It is good Housing society.

I booked a flat in ORC in Aug 2017. Initially I was told that I will be allowed to inspect the flat on regular basis but gradually I came to understand that it were all bluffs. I was not permitted to visit even once until fit-out notice . Moreover, contrary to the agreement they are asking the stamp duty and regulation charges along with last 5% payment. Now I repent for booking with Siddha group

It is a housing of Siddha group called as Siddha waterfront. Its atmosphere is very beautiful.Location of this housing complex is also very nice. But in case of communication need to be improved. It is situated besides Old Calcutta Road.

Not recommend this project at all. At the time of purchase they have shown a different mockup but the property which they have handed over is far different than the actual layout and found so many disputes inside the property even after finishing work done. Also, the company has handed over the property with clubhouse as promised but theres no use of it as it still under construction & cannot be opened before 1-2 years from now. Very much disappointed with the amount of false promises made.

I have booked it in the last year. Property looks impressive however extension of Metro would help in connecting people faster from proper Kolkata. Also I think Siddha group should look into developing the surroundings roads as well.

Guys please do not buy flat from a Siddha group. They are cheating with their customer in every steps. I have purchased a flat in Siddha Waterfront Khardah. They are using inferior quality materials in their projects and issuing fit out notice for the incomplete building to save the penalty as per agreement.They are deliberately delaying handover of my flat even after the full payment. One of the most fraudulent builder in Kolkata.

No commercial complex. For buying vegetables or grossery or anything of daily use residents have to travel a lot. The company must include basic shopping facilities in the complex.

They might have started entire construction together.6. They have destroyed Natural pond (completely personal opinion). No basic market , no public transportation. Very remote place.

This is a under construction project in near Kharda. The place was having a large old pond and taht is the USP of the project. But the main issue will be connectivity as the roads leading to the project are narrow and congested. This has made the space a little less appeling as going fom kolkata will take long due to narrow roads and also the road to station is not taht good.

Beauty of nature is good

Exlcellent location as per nature wise, you have green land and open air which is fine, but the commutation is really not at per, outside road needs to be well standard, atm, market facilities is headache, medical facilities is not available near by. Post 8PM near by place doesn’t give the confidence of safety, internet broad band facilities are not available, security is a concern as per the modern standard. It every alternate occasion too much noisy from outside premises.
