Customer service is not up to the mark. Although we took out the delivery of our car from here.Pros:1. Approach to the showroom is good.2. They will explain the car and its variant in details (al-though, the sales person is need to be few of them who is knowledgeable).Cons:1. Benefits you can expects is very less(none), even if you are purchasing in cash rather by finance.2. No proper greetings and paper details while booking of the car.3. On the date of delivery you have to wait a lot for the final process to be done.4. Customer service is very poor both from the manager as well as from the sales person.5. No designated delivery area. All the delivery cars are crumbled within each other at the same place along with the test drive cars too, which is outside of the showroom premises.6. They will find a way or another to sell you the not necessary items.Personal Opinion: Better to visit Renault Central at AJC Bose road for your purchase.

Renault has very less no. Of models. Showroom was good and cars are ready with number plates on them. Staff behaviour is decent. But cars are not maintained properly.

Probably the worst car dealer in entire kolkata.. most unprofessional sales representative. They will never bother to play with customers emotion just for the sake of selling car. They can give you false commitment at every step to ensure thierbooking target and leter on u will realize that all are fake. And it will be your nightmare if u wanna cancel the booking and want to get back your money. U can check other feedbacks as well. The same thing happens with lot of other customers. Dont go for such places.. ultimately its your hard earning money

Nice showroom , visible from road and very friendly people from the manager to gatekeeper all have nice behavior and I bought a car from them and they took all the hassle of exchanging my old car and if ypu visist ther must contact theri sales person sumit very friendy and very cooperative.

Wrost experiance. They deliver the car after so many dramatic delay with lots of scratches. Also my cheque was hold by them and got back after lodge complaint at renault. Manager was a cheater and no value of commitment. Overall very very bad experiance & definitely not recommend to any one.
