The bank is located opposite to Dolbari and its a 2 minutes from Bosepukur Sitala Mandir.Staff behaviour is good. Locker facility is available at this branch. Theres also an attached ATM next to the bank.Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions only 2 people are allowed inside currently so make sure you have some time on hand when you come here. Service speed is moderate.Theres no wheelchair access or ramp so please keep this in mind if your accompanied by an elderly person or someone with leg injury as you will need to climb a flight of stairs to the front door. Seating facility is available inside for the elderly.Overall a good experience.
