Staffs are quite cooperative but services are bit slow.Reason for 2 star - No atm or kiosk nearby that means it is impossible to deposit or update your passbook when bank is close.

Horrible - Went to open an account for my kids as this branch is close to my home & would be easily accessible. Dont know about the others, but the woman i spoke to was plain and simple HORRIBLE. Rude, most unhelpful, behaved as if she was doing me a favour. No wonder, people prefer private banks over government banks. If it were not for the passbooks of such government banks which are helpful as address proof, i think no one would open accounts with them and they would shut down. BOI, if you are listening, then replace these idiots with people who are indeed interested in working.

Staff members are very lazy my debit card got expired so i went to the branch for the renewed card but they didnt find my debit card so i was told to come afterward but there after i visited the branch 4 times but i have not yet received my renewed card and the matter is still unsolved
