Great little supermarket in Uttarpara. Easily accessible from nearly all parts of Uttarpara. The staff are friendly.A few steps that would improve the experience in this store are:1. Ensure all products are delivered and completely stocked at a particular time of the day. Allot just an hour for the whole process. This is happening very randomly right now, which I understand will be due to logistics issues and deliveries from distributors at different times. But finding a solution will really help.2. Advertising home deliveries (even with a nominal charge) will attract a lot of takers.3. There is hardly any parking available, even in the next street. Can this be worked on? Like, allocate some specific parking for More just across the road. That will help a lot.

I have visited this place many times since quite some years . The staffs are good and well informed. However parking of vehicles can be challenging.

On asking if food color is available, one staff in the vegetable section said it is available and even gave directions to the rack. We kept finding for more than 15 minutes cuz he affirmed it is there. We got tired and this time went to the cash counter. We then got to know from him that food color is unavailable for quite a while. Kindly make sure to value a customers time and effort and refrain from misleading if you possess no knowledge of it.

This is the oldest shoping mart which began some fifteen years back. This market has good products. On the banks of river hoogly. The scene is wonderful

I go here frequently for my grocery shopping. A huge variety they provide, customer service is also good. Sometimes they give discounts as well. They do home delivery too. Loved their servic.

It is a departmental store in Uttarpara beside Ganges and on G T Road. Location of this store is very nice. Atmosphere inside the store is good. Staff behaviour is good and they are very helpful to customers. Decoration of the store is attractive for customers. Daily need products are available here but price is little high but quality of products is good. Sometime they offer discount on various transaction which is today a good and effective process to attract customers.

Lot of products available in affordable price. Also there is a lot of discounts available.

Stock & variety is not adequate at all. No imported items stored here. Area is so small compared to the ordinary supermarkets in bangalore where i stay most of the time in a year for work. Needs huge development for this particular store especially.

If you are looking for a quick grocery shopping,More is the ideal place. Unfortunately,it doesnt have a wide range of products. It has the basic products. So,if you are looking forward for a wide range of spices and products,this is not really the place where you will find it. Other than that,for the basic needs More has a bunch of products and at a very reasonable price. And without any doubt,the quality of products is amazing.

It is a decent place, with decent stock. Many things arent available, while many are. Some staff are not as friendly as the others. So its only just better than average

Lot of things are available, very convenient location and things are kept in a well arranged manner but vegetables and fruits are not fresh sometimes. Moreover if you visit the store before 9 or 10 am, you have to buy previous days leftovers. Perishable items like dahi etc are occasionally found out of stock.

Its was stocked ok. Though i wouldve preferred more. Maggi packets instead of wai wai, however in this locked down market it was well stocked.

Beautiful and a really big collection of materials. The only thing is: some cooked food items should also be included in the list of already lengthy list of ingredients. Also, during rush hour, more billing counters may be required for coping up. Overall experience is very very good.

Worst customer service ever. Very bad attitude towards customers. We have been to many stores near by like Reliance fresh, easyday, Spencers, Big bazar but had not faced this type of attitude from customer service executives.
