The branch manager is nice, but the stuffs are disgusting. They act like they own the place. They dont even co-operate with you, very impolite. There was a poster in their saying that customer is the top most important visitor at their premises lol, they should rip that off. Its not a one time thing, I had multiple issues with them. Its a new story everytime I visit there.

I am talking about a new account and not an account number ... so I am talking to my staff about how to get a bank account .... is it ok ???
