Im telling you a single word, Good Service

Not up to the standard of other transport provider like atiana and shamoli ...Has multiple stops which makes it take more than 12 hrs to reach Siliguri..volvo for its standard should not approach any passanger at any given stop through out the journey but this bus usually does and on top its slow .unsure the reason being the bus being faulty or the driver .This bus would be my last option and would not recommend.

Timing issue.Departure time 30 min lateAnd arrived 5 hrs late at Siliguri.Bad journey..

Bad service with volvo bus from siliguri to Kolkata and Kolkata to Siliguri it takes 13 to 14 hours not even any jam.they make over load and arguments with TOLL in between every point Siliguri to Kolkata and Kolkata to Siliguri and stop the engine. And they said no fine give to TOLL .15 to 20 min arguments going on and stop the engine at toll lane every point stuff are not well behaved like as owner.They think they buy all by money power...... so say no to LOKHNATH VOLVO..... interesting point is the dropped passengers to loose some wt. At TOLL.. ... at mid night......but they are pull up after wt ......DIET CONTROL BOSS

Bus No.- WB25H3422, dated 15/09/2020 at 7:30 am I am going from Kolkata to Malda but surprisingly, more people than the seating capacity were accommodated in the bus and they were allowed to walk inside the bus. Was put in place knowing that the situation of Carona in the country is so serious. Hence, the owner of the bus is requested to take cognizance of it. There are requests from common people to be alerted before taking bus services like this.
