KMVN all places Guest Houses are good quality.I stay their all guest Houses.My febarite is Munsiary & Binsar Guest Houses.

I had booked KMVN hotels in Nainital, Kausani,Choukori, Munsyari and Binsar on 20th February 2020 for the month of October 2020 and paid 25,000/- online by netbanking from my bank account.My account was debited instantly and I received booking confirmation.But due to Covid-19 pandemic I was forced to cancel my bookings on 5 th August 2020.10% of the booking amount was deducted and booking cancellation vouchers were sent to my email.But till date i.e 23rd September 2020 I have received no money in my bank account.I had called the chief reservation officer Mrs.Rama Bisht twice and have sent two emails to the authority but in vain.They just dont refund money.So, my advice to travellers is that think before booking the KMVN hotels as you have to pay the full amount during booking and will not get any refund on cancellation.

I have booked mukteswar hotel on 18th july2019.My account was debited but the booking was not done.The amountn has not yet refunded.Later my husband booked for the same on 19th august.He also faced the same problem.The helpline authority said that it has some issue with the website.I want to know for how long this drama will continue?Worst service ever.Total 8800/- has been deducted.Is this a matter of joke?

Difficult to locate the office. And Goole maps made the experience worse. Shown at a wrong location.

Any query regarding Kumaon and Garhwal tour, the officers are ready to solve and give ideas. But in my case there was a link problem, otherwise everything is perfect.
