Small setup. Was there for my Ford pass activation. They failed to do it.

Im happy that I dont have any association with this SC. I was on a road trip from Guwahati to Hyderabad. An alert popped up on instrument cluster. I halted in Kolkata, took accommodation, made changes to the plan and when I visited this place I was returned within 5 mins saying they are unable to scan due to technical issues. Im not a fool to believe that a Ford authorized SC providing service to atleast 20-30 cars daily wont have an instrument for scanning.

It was the first servicing of my car and the experience has been splendid I must say. What I liked most is the honesty.what they can they take responsibility, what they cant they confess. They try to help you as far as possible. I had some painting and polishing works to be done, cost was less than the estimate. Detailed break-up bill was provided and delivery was done even before the scheduled time. A nice place to visit with well versed, honest technicians with sound technical knowledge.

This is ford authorized service point. Available all possible technical support here. Complete workshop. Engine assembly, Electrical, transmission, tyre alignment bay are there. Also having a genuine Spare parts store attached with. But not seen the dedicated denting-painting department within the workshop. Possibly neat and clean area. Billing and office compound is good. But not seen the saperate customer waiting lounge in ground floor.

Completely satisfied with the work ethics and behaviour of the workshop. Kudos to service head sk hasibur and our advisor souvik. Will recommend all ford owners to visit this workshop of Ford.

They provide discrimination basis services, not appointment basis. If you have good contacts than you received good service otherwise you experience very poor service. Your appointment is early but delivery received last.

Most of the mechanics here does not even have the sense of talking to each other. They use slangs that could be heard at a distance . Otherwise service is ok type , as many times parts are not available . Washing is not done under the car , you can only check once you reach home.

Very much dissatisfied with the service they provide. Before any comment, one should think that any statement made by them represents Ford India Limited, and can be disgraceful.

Dont want to give them one star also. Because they dont deserve that. Worst service center ever. Dont know how people gave 5 star to them. But believe me guys dont go to this service center. They cant keep their own promise. They will give you a delivery date and you reach there only to find that your vehicle is not ready and they will give some excuse and provide you another date. Also they just take money from you for the service they did not performed at all. At Kolkata Ganges ford is way better than this.

Ford service station in North Kolkata having very good location. Staff are very much cooperative. Service is very nice indeed. Unfortunately I had to wait bear about half an hour to get their attention. This side of the service centre to be improved. Otherwise this service station should be preferred.

6 days agoA beautiful heritage place in just heart of the Kolkata city to appreciate Guru Rabindranath Tagores excellent work in his life... Its a must visit place for all Tagore lovers.

They are good... They will do great work only if they are worried about your feedback. However they are yet to rectify the noise issue in my car and even after repeated assurances it couldnt be done by them because of unavailable part. However they are customer centric and will definitely keep the customer happy.

All the people here are very polite and professionals. Technicians are also very trained. Nice workshop..

Excellent service station for ford cars. It has got best infrastructure required in a service station. I have interacted with Mr. Tamal number of times, even being busy he gives you good advise on any matter pertaing to car service. Other members of staff are also very experienced and cooperative. If you are planning pick up and drop of your car, contact them at least 2 days in advance.
