One thing I didnt understand about them. On cowin app, it was written the price of Covishield is 250 at the eastern diagnostic centre but when I visited they charged 780. Otherwise service was good. Very clean and maintains hygiene.

I got 2 family members vaccinated on 2nd April and scheduled another vaccination for my mother and grandfather on 5th April with the lady on the 2nd floor. We got a call on 5th April from the lady, wherein she cancelled the appointment due to exhaustion of vaccine stock, and deferred the appointment to 12th April. When we followed up on 12th, date was again deferred by a week. This was repeated on 19th as well. Between 15-30 April, national vaccine supply was already under stress, hence we couldnt get another vaccine appointment elsewhere in Kolkata. My mother & grandfather couldnt get vaccinated, contracted Covid on 1st May and passed away on 22nd & 19th May respectively. This diagnostic center and the lady on the 2nd floor should be sued for their lies, whimsical attitude, lack of professionalism and are solely responsible for the excruciating grief and trauma inflicted upon my family. Just to expose their under dealing and lies, I again called them in June, enquiring about vaccine availability and the same lady repeated her age old excuse of vaccine shortage. Refusing to believe her this time (as vaccines were in good supply by that time), I drove down to the center and found that they were indiscriminately allowing all walk-ins to get vaccinated, even without appointments. The lady had been lying to me all along in April. They had been under dealing throughout!!!!!! The staff are categorical liars, corrupt and adept at misleading, deceiving patients. I want to know the exact vaccination rosters from April from this center or else I will report them to government authorities.

This Establishment deny to give me covid vaccine dose 2 despite my appointment done with them through Cowin.gov.in on 8th september 2021.They told me that if I could bring another 10 persons whose vaccine is due then they could give me that facility,however because it is a paid vaccine I had a debate with them and they show me the door

All bunch of cheaters sitting there. They know very well and are too much smart enough to fool the people. Request everyone to avoid going there.

The lady on the 2nd floor managing the vaccination drive is totally unprofessional. She is handling walk in clients as per her whims an fancies. I stay in new Alipore and the diagnostic centre is in Alipore. While other casual walk in visitors could take their shot of covishield in front of me, this lady tell me she cant get me vaccinated today, despite telling her that since last 3 weeks have been following up on calls for the shot but same old repeated tune....call next monday. Management take note of this biased attitude of the lady, in times of crisis local population is being ignored

Neet & clean diagnostic centre,stuffs are professional & familiar

They employ the most inexperienced staff who have no knowledge of how to manage things. Had taken my 4 years old daughter for ECG & EEG test as well as a blood test. Instead of doing the EEG and ECG test first they called us for the blood test which upset my daughter. After that she refused to do the other test. They should have been more careful when dealing with a child. So disappointed with their management.

Zero professionalism. Like a govt office. Ekhun laanch aachey attitude. No social distancing during covid vaccination drive. Staff is incompetent ane so seem the owners.

This was the second time had a very bad experience with Eastern Diagnostics.Last time I was forced to bring down my comment and reviews and was promised of a good service.Over the phone was told sugar test was for Rs150 and at home was charged Rs.250 ..In spite of asking and confirming twice.Money is a seperate issue. Had I been communicated the rates properly I could have taken a call ,whether to get the tests done from here or not .Today ,had to get the CBC test done , over phone was told the rates are Rs 350 and Rs 100 for home collection . After coming home the guy asked for 950 and on complaining ,the home collection person asks to give Rs.500Why dont the person answering the phone gives out proper information ?They are trying to fool the clients and put them in a situation where they have to get the tests done and pay.Extremely harrassing and wastage of time.Will never recommend anyone to get any tests done from Eastern Diagnostics

Very Bad Behaviour of Dr. IMRAN HAIDER AT Easter Diagnostic...Easter Diagnostic is well diagnostic centre But there is Dr. Imran Haider which Behaviout made me able to write this things about him.He has no Manners to talk with Ladies and very rude doctor he is..It is my kindly Advice for Eastern Diagnostic to teach him about How to talk with patients and specially with Woman...I will never come ever in my life for Bad Behaviour Doctor Imran Haider.Eastern diagnostic must have Well behave doctors and must avoid such kind of Doctor like Imran Haider....

I am a Senior citizen went for some diagonistic investigation. I am really satisfied with the services rendered in the center. The environment of the centre is awesome, you will not feel that you are in a diagnostic center.

On 4/2/2019, waited for more than an hour for Echo test but doctor did not turn up. Did not have the courtesy to inform the patient or the centre.
