I ordered a book from a publisher house and they sent it via DTDC. Upon reading the reviews, frankly I got a bit scared that I might not get my package peoperly delivered, but I was proven wrong. The person correctly identified my house and delivered the parcel. My experience with DTDC Garia, in terms of getting a delivery was not that bad.

After discussing with the centre owner post suggestion by DTDC customer service cell went to their center to drop a COD parcel after few minutes the fellow denied to book the parcel saying services not available and wouldnt be available any further. It was the highest frustrated moment for me only dealt with absolute patience and left the place un serviced. @DTDC pls look into your service quality and customer support. Pathetic.

I want to give 0 star but option is not available... My parcel is from Bihar to Kolkata its aprox 500km 8days are gone but no 1 come to deliver my parcel..

Its been 3 days now that my parcel is at this branch but they do not bother do deliver the product. It was a same day delivery and the delivery time shouldnt take 5 days for it. Extremely poor delivery service. Secondly, their contact numbers do not work, neither their customer service numbers. So, one cannot really do anything if its an urgent delivery. They just have to wait at the mercy of the courier service which really is poor.

Worst service of Courier I have ever seen. Dont go to such agency who are irresponsible & terrible. I had couriered but no response no correct tracking data were showing. After Emailing to their HEADOFFICE got resolution after so many trial.

Worst courier service have seen... Fake delivery update practice here. Bad behavior ..they didnt deliver and marked that shipment delivered on time. When asked they said it will be delivered later. Local vendor should be changed. Does not deserve a rating could have given negative rating if there is options.

Very costly. 1 courier within WB costed Rs.250. That too below 500gms.

This just opened almost one year earlier for courier services in local and state level.They even take orders for international courier.Once you reach to courier any product its judged as per the weight of the productIts around rs200/- for first one kg and then the price adds on per 500 GMs.But the service is very prompt .Its delivered on time and professional manner.Which counts big part on reliable place for shipping product.On commercial as well in domestic basis.

Poor service. They have lost my important banking documents. And didnt bother to inform. After my repeated enquiry and physical visit to their office they are telling that its lost.Dtdc service itself is very poor.

Every other branch has such smooth service except for the Garia branch. A package has come to them and it has been days and they have failed to deliver it. No body even answers the call. The landline is purposely kept on busy.

Went there to collect a package that was supposed to be delivered at my home, but DTDC suddenly stopped delivering. Roadside parking available, but may be difficult during peak hours. Stuffs are decent, but the place is littered with packages

The person who came to deliver the courier misbehaved a lot! Inspite of giving him the OTP he wanted to click our pictures and said it was a must! He continuously quarrelled when we said that we dont want our pictures to be clicked! Extremely bad service !

Kolkata 700152(near narendrapur railway station, maximum distance from DTDC office 2km) They dont have a service that returns parcels from their office without calling from here..

Totally unprofessional service..non responsive...gives wrong status updates.Mr Gain is a fraud person. Total worthless hub in entire kolkata. The head of this hub is a 420.This hub needs to be immediately closed to keep dtdc reputations.

A courier sent to me on 22Jul from NOIDA didnt reach me even after the same having reached Kolkata on 26Jul. Despite requesting DTDC Customer Care for delivering the same, it wasnt done. Finally I had to personally reach their godown today, 07Aug and collect the courier packet. So much for DTDC service, or the lack of it.

This is on the route near Garia stn. Dont confuse with another one. They are friendly. One of my parcel was dumped here due to printing mistake in tracking no. First they didnt want to listen me but slowly they understood the problem after showing some documents. They immediately took action and within 15min found out the parcel from thousands other.

The items were delivered safely, but one of the bags arrived from another city and remained in their office for 7 days, was delivered only after repeated requests to the customer care. The phone number mentioned and an alternative number as well is always non-responsive, whats the use of giving it then??

No point delivering through dtdc and paynig such a huge amount. My item is stuck in the courier centre for 4days and they dont bother to deliver. Very unprofessional and dont even pick up calls.

They are so irresponsible!! I called so many times they didnt pickup.. Now at the last moment they called back and informed it cant be delivered today!! I went to their office to pickup my parcel then also they failed to hand it over to me!! I ordered it for some occasion!! Now i am in total loss just because of them.. Never been so harrased before.. Very poor Service from DTDC. I sent a parcel from DTDC LAKE TOWN, Kolkata to Bangalore. My tracking number (K77987278) shows that the parcel reached recipient (Amazon office), but in reality it didnt reach. I asked for proof of delivery (POD), which they could not provide. In the tracking details also the phone no. of the recipient is showing a fake number, something like 11112222 etc.My valuable percel is lost.

Pathetic service by Garia DTDC office. Does not deliver, does not call and update the courier status as undelivered with false reasons. Everyday we are waiting at home throughout the day, for the courier to get delivered, calling the office almost hundred times, yet no response and at the end of the day, updates door locked so the courier got undelivered.Do not opt for DTDC services, unless there are no other options.
