If one has to buy many clothes at a good price, one must visit this place.Although the billing counters are really less than required and should be at multiple place, but overall its good to visit.As a feedback, they should try to have a food outlet outside the store as theres no good place to eat anywhere nearby.

Very confusing discounts. They charge GST on discounted products even they loose many consumer court cases and slapped penalties. They offer discount on MRP but charged GST on discounted price which is unfair trade practices.

Old garments of various famous brands are available with very cheap price.Sometimes the garments appear to be of deteriorated quality as it is stored for long period of time.Good for lower garments.throught the entire year you can get good offers.The collection is very large but dont expect new products.

They have all possible brands under one roof and this particular store have the vast collection as of now. Its situated near beleghata connector and is very near to mani square. The store always runs on great discount hard to find even on Online platform. They have wheel chair accessible too for differently abled customers.

Products offered by them seem to original to me. The reason why they are providing discount is because their product are a bit out dated and not the latest which is offered on respective company website. Example- I bought a Reebok shoe @50% off from brand factory the same shoe wasnt available on Reebok and was marked as no more available and was available on Amazon at the same price(that of brand factory). Which made things clear that their product are outdated .

Pathetic collection with sizes rarely available. There are only either XXL or XS sizes available. I dont understand why dont they replenish their stocks. Most of the brands are missing from this outlet which can be found at othet BF stores. Its just a waste of time.

They have huge collection and also offer great discounts. However, there was no air condition or fans. Even aftr repeatedly asking them to switch it on, they didnot do so. So its very uncomfortable. Otherwise the cloth quality is good. However do remember to check the clothes for any problems before purchase.

Things are quite costly here, but are affordable if you buy them with offers. The trial rooms are dirty & suffocating. Some of the staffs are cooperative, but some of them just dont care.
